Fashionmia - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have tried to contact FashionMia customer service for three days with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.
I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER MADE BY MISTAKE AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME IN ORDER TO HELP ON THIS. I have sent them 3 emails and left two voice messages, one on each of their customer service numbers, because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. You always get a recording to prompt you to leave a message, but no person answers the phone.
I NEED A PERSON TO CONTACT ME EITHER BY PHONE OR EMAIL, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE YET.
My credit card has been charged for the unwanted order and I need from them to respond so that this charge is reversed and refunded.
THIS LACK OF RESPONSE SHOWS VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WHEN THIS HAPPENS, A CUSTOMER IS DISCOURAGED TO DO FURTHER BUSINESS WITH TH COMPANY BECAUSE HAVING A GOOD AND RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ESSENTIAL, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE ORDERING ONLINE.
