I bought clothes over $100 on 2/24/18 and expected to receive my orders within 1 week.But till now ( 3/19/18), the orders are still in China.

I tried to cancel this order today, as their policy -- you can cancel or return within 30 days, but the web refused me to cancel my order. The reason is that they have shipped part of my order. Their "shipped" means the cargoes are still in China somewhere. Now I can't cancel my order and never know when they will deliver my orders to my address.

So upset. I won't come back to buy anything from this web. Now I am afraid, if I don't like what I bought, I still have to take these clothes.

If anyone know where I can sent out my complain and get my money back, Please let me know.Many thanks.
