I ordered 5 dresses from Fashion Mia. After weeks of waiting they sent two, which were the worst quality clothes I have seen.

The seems were off and the fabric very cheap. I asked to cancel the other 3 dresses and to send me a refund. 6 months later, they still have not issued the refund and stopped responding to my emails. In previous correspondence they would promise the refund in few weeks but every time the due date they indicated came and went and no refund.

Another email, and another promise, and still nothing. I am very disappointed I trusted them and bought their merchandise.

I hope that there is a way to hold them accountable for this and I wonder if I can sue them....

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $80.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Cheaply made merchandise, Poorly stitched, Business practices, Cusoter service and product, Everything about this company.
