With Company response Not resolved

I paid for 3 day shipping, they charged my card for the dress and extra shipping and here it is 3 WEEKS later and it is showing as still at warehouse.I have tried multiple times to contact customer service to cancel the order as the dress was supposed to be worn TODAY and no one has gotten back to me, my card still has the charges on it.

This is the 2nd dress I ordered from them (the 1st only took 2 weeks to be delivered with free shipping) I will not order anything from them again.Yes they are affordable but the material is very cheap, comes from China and takes too long even to ship even if you pay extra for fast delivery

I didn't like: Product, Customer service, Shipping, Wont answer their phone or refund your money, How small they were.

I order 2 dress since the 4/10/2017 today is 4/17/2017 no tracking #... no Customer service....had I read these reviews it would not have happened to me ...never again
