I ordered 3 items which did not fit what so ever. I went on their site 5 times now to claim a return.

I took pictures did everything they asked. I got an email 2 weeks later that I did not purchase "return insurance" (huh?). None the less I paid for that. I emailed them numerous times as well.

It's now been over a month and I have no way to return my items!!!! On their site 1st page says free returns and exchanges. My A**!!!! So pissed.

On top of that the dresses that looked full and quality were paper thin and horribly made.

I just want someone to answer me on what I need to do to make my return. And there is no way to get a hold of anyone.
