I want my refund now because everytime I try calling no answer so this must not be a real company so what is this.

Charged for items I never received
I was charged 392.82 for items that I didn't receive. When adding up what they did have on the list it didn't total what I was even charged.

Their policy is 7 days to report damaged items, however, how was I supposed to report it when their "help centre" was clearly experiencing technical difficulties.
It was practically impossible to find another way to make my report. Today I found their email and instead of being sympathetic, they simply offered me 25% in my next order. Let me remind you right now they offer 30% just for adding your EMAIL to their list.
So how is that even remotely fair? Anyway take your business elsewhere, save yourself the hassle of dealing with *** customer service.

Dear sir/Madam, I have ordered at list 4 fashion shirts from you all selected 2XL in error, instead XL please amend.

I would just like a refund for $381.59. In regards to both of the orders the address was wrong so what I did was I ordered more and fixed it and I would like the refund for the other orders please I would really really appreciate it I dont want it going to waste . Thank you

Don't see parcel through to delivery and ignore you
As you will see from the email below, Fashion Nova are not refunding my daughter but promising her a gift card within 72 hours in a separate email which has of course not been received. I hope they get another £9m fine by the FTC and go bust. Ignorant and deceiving. Their couriers are in the scam also so don't bother trying to order outside of America cos the *** seem to be ripping off anyone who are not in America. I don't know how these *** get away it.

Unhappy customer
Ordered several sweat suit combos and only the jackets were delivered. Supposedly their sold separately but the website showed the combos together and gave both items on the SIZE chart prior to ordering! Now theyre attempting to force me to purchase the pants separate for 100$ after Ive spent 150$ on 3 JACKETS ONLY

I ordered a dress and was sent some pants! The name on the invoice matched a ordered that I made 3 weeks ago and already received but that still didnt match what they gave me either! They screwed the order up in so many ways and I needed this outfit for the next day!
