I cancelled my order ( value 82.00) as thay had not yet dispatched it and it was xmas gifts for my daughters. I have had numerous apologetic emails promising that my refund was now top prioriy, Still nothing. Does anyone know how I can deal with this legally , there must be some protection for customers.
