They have not responded yet. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WLL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, EVER!!!!!!!!
The item I ordered was a dress. I am going to contact Paypal tomorrow and get the refund through them since the Fasionmia store has not responded to my email.
It is unfortunate when you try to support a business and support online shopping only to have them fail you as a customer.It sounds as if it is a foreign perhaps Asian company with poor communication and customer service representatives.
