I placed an order on 1/2/17 and paid with my credit card. You converted it to Pay Pal so that you received your money, but I never received my order.

I never received an order # or tracking #. I ordered two blouses. I received my credit card statement and was charged the $55 but never received my order. They only reference I have is my email address.

Pamr865@***.com. Please provide me with the status of my order ASAP, or I will contact my credit card company and open a dispute with the payment. There isn't a phone number on your website, so that should have been a red flag that your company is a scam!!!! I either want my order or money returned as soon as possible!!!!

Please confirm you received this. Your website says orders are sent out within 2 days. That makes me feel like this is a scam, which I will definitely report to the authorities.

The EC-Firstclass webcite does not work, it is impossible to contact them since the "contact us" button on the site unclickable. I am also worried that you might be a scam!!

Same experience!!! Placed my order 1/9/17 and up until now nothing.

No acknowledgement that I even made a purchase. Just wondering if I have been scammed
