My experience with Fashionmia is horrible. Size of dresses I ordered last 2017 (!) year did not fit, I sent them back. I did not break any rules of Fashionmia with sending dresses back. Fashionmia received dresses back on the September 18th, 2017. I have the truck number. Today is May the 3d, 2018. I did not get my refund money for my order # B 203****. Very soon it will be a year(!) after I ordered dresses from Fashionmia. No dresses. No money back almost for a year. What did I get? Only an Email from Customer Service Team worker (Angela), where she gave me the advice to be patient because Fashionmia is very busy.
The website works terribly: I filled in form for refunding money on the website, but I was asked to list and describe each dress again in email. Why I do not know.
A worker could not see how much money to refund, she was wrong with the number of money in my wallet until I sent her my account by Email.
Pay Pal cannot give me my money back too, because I paid to Fashionmia more than 180 days ago. If I asked Pay Pal before 180 days theyโd give me my money back.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $112.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Fashionmia Cons: No refund after i retunred items, That they stole my money.
