Fashionmia - Horrible and Irresponsible
In January 2018 I placed an order; it took months to receive the merchandise; some items were missing and to date my order hasn't been completed. They charged my card for the entire order at the time that I placed the order.
I returned over $200 worth of merchandise and I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent many, many emails requesting my refund and the remaining of my order to no avail.
I received and email asking to pay for insurance but the website provided didn't work.
This company is dishonest, irresponsible and the worst that I have dealt with. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company, although it may be too late to get any assistance from them.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $245.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Fashionmia Pros: Clothing line to choose from.
Fashionmia Cons: No response to refunding money for cancelled order, Poor refund policy.
