Item has been delayed after 40 days even though i payed 25$ on top for fast shipping. They offered to send the product and give me a discount coupon for a future purchase which i rejected.

Since the its been 7 months and they keep sending me emails that they are sorry and they will proceed with the refund immediately.

Total CRAP never trust them!!!

This is the latest email i received from them 2 weeks ago

Dear customer,

I have made your refund in emergency status and told our financial manager that your refund has been reported for a long time and should be finished in first priority.

Please understand the refund will need some procedures to process and the financial department recently has so many business to process.

We will urge our colleagues to process for you early.

Hope you could kindly forgive and give one more chance to be service at you.
