Item has been delayed after 40 days even though i payed 25$ on top for fast shipping. They offered to send the product and give me a discount coupon for a future purchase which i rejected.
Since the its been 7 months and they keep sending me emails that they are sorry and they will proceed with the refund immediately.
Total CRAP never trust them!!!

I have made your refund in emergency status and told our financial manager that your refund has been reported for a long time and should be finished in first priority.
Please understand the refund will need some procedures to process and the financial department recently has so many business to process.
