I places a few orders from South Africa. The first one arrived and what a mess. The threads were hanging from the iems it was so poorly made. I sent photographs whitch I will attach. The sizes were not as advertised but far smaller. The linen and Cotton materials turned out to be plain polyester. I tried to return it after MANY letters between us but was told that I had to pay quite a bit from my side to return the mess.

The reaction from their side was , give it away as gifts. I will not even consider that at all. A few more parcels arrived and I did not accept any of them from the post office and instruted them to return the parcels unopened.

I had a letter from the customer service yesterday to tell me they will refund me with 30% of the total of the one parcel because it was opened.nothing about the returned items at sll was mentioned.

I Comunicated with Catherine and after that Rella Han. Attached are the last letters that I wrote and received

I would like to return my items.

The quality is beyond poor and the sizes completely wrong.

I am living in South Africa. I had to pay ZAR 105.00 to receive the parcel.

Will I have to pay again to send it back?
