Refund! Justice won!

For the love of God, stop saying you are ''sorry for the delay and inconvenience caused'', because you are not! God knows you are not.

Are you, people, really-really-really that dishonest and unprofessional? Don't you know by now that you have stolen my money (160$), that you have sent me 4 horrific dresses, that you promised a 130$ refund?

What kind of ''company'' are you that you don't know who's doing what?

On May 28, you wrote that you ''surely will help (me) solve the problem.''

Then you added: ''We fully understand the situation, and we admit it's our mistake, please accept our sincere apology to you. We will mark your refund as urgent, our financial department will process your refund in first priority.''

Today, you want to push me 6 months back - to buy yourself some time, of course -, and you wrote this:

''would you please offer us your number and the problem with your order so that we can confirm with relevant department and solve your problem as soon as possible''.

So, the FINANCIAL department became the RELEVANT department? The FIRST PRIORITY became AS SOON AS POSSIBLE? And you still have to CONFIRM my story, after SIX MONTH of lies and cheating and stealing???

You must think very highly of you verry low of me if you think that I am that stupid. Have you no shame? Have you no sense of decency? You have all the information you need in order to give me back my money via Paypal. Just do it and stop playing around, insulting people, lying, cheating and stealing their money. Just do your job as any civilized company would do.

think this company has the worst customer service,I have sent numeroius emails about my order that was made on 3/24/18 have not received my order was asked to pay more shipping fees,and they will not refund my money .horriable company do not order from this company!
