Fashionmia - FASHION MIA - worst customer service and refund policy!
Today is March 13th, 2018 and FAshion Mia still has not refunded my money. They received the coats back in November 4th, 2107. It is absurd. They keep promising and nothing. This is the worst company I bought from. Never again! This is the last email I received from Customer Service in response to my post here. It was January 13th (2 months ago):
"Dear customer,
Our website have applied for financial department to withdraw your money 85.9USD from Wallet. It will be completed within 35-40 working days. Please check your account later.
Please donโt worry. I'll keep following this matter all the time until you receive the money to your card or Paypal account.
We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience to you. We have some process to go for issuing a refund, which will take some time.
20-25 days is just a normal processing time for us, but sometimes we also deal with the refund soon.
Sincerely looking forward to count on your comprehension."
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $86.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
