I bought 2 dresses on the 1st February 2018 and they took out the money immediately from my card. I didn't know anything from them in 2 weeks and I cancelled the request.

They told me that they would refund the money several times. However, this has not happened and it is impossible to contact them.

It is frustrating trying to contact them without success and when you have it, they respond they will refund, but this is not true.

I need the money and they only ask for patience.

I wonder if this is happening to more people and how we can report this as a fraud if they keep without giving back the money. they keep operating and I have seen in other pages that they have more clients completely dissatisfied
