I've finally got an email from Kitty from customer service, when I asked for a refund this is the answer I got from her "Dear customer, Please just ignore that invoice, it is fraud, do not offer your personal information. We have asked our colleague to take charge of this fraud issue.
Since this is peak shopping season here, we have to deal with many withdraw businesses everyday, so we may need a longer time than usual on issuing refund. Your kindly understanding will be highly appreciated.
We will try our best to ask our colleague speed up processing refund for you from July.23. A thousand sorry for you and hope you can understand." Hopefully I will get the refund she promised I would get, I'll see what will happen on the 23rd of JUly.

I've done my order29/05/18,a week late I've got email what my order out of stock,I replaced it with some other products,I d'dnt get any respond from them since.customer service not replied ,so no order,no money
