I ordered from them in dec 7th and I am still waiting on my dress. They didn’t send out my dress until I emailed them that it had been in “processed” mode for threee weeks.

They finally sent it out on Dec 29 but I can not track the package as the order number wouldn’t work. I tried calling customer service but that is a joke and it always goes straight to voicemail every time.

I am still waiting on my dress but I won’t my money back. I really wanted this dress for my birthday.
