My experience with this company has been absolutely awful!!! They don't reply to emails, items take months to arrive and the quality is very, very poor!! The photos on their website are deceiving and I lost the money I spent because I cannot return the items nor will I ever wear them!!! There are better companies in China and I regret ever having ordered from FashionMia. I just wish I could at least reach someone to arrange for a return but I know it's not going to happen. Beware

they are cheap cheap clothes and they are not american sizing. I have been gettin g the run around, they told me in one email that they dont want to give me the mailing address, give the clothes to someone and they will give me a credit. If they clothes dont fit why would I want more??? UI have asked over and over again for the address and will not get a call back after leaving several messasges. I think this is a scam, one bought you are out of luck. If I ever ger the return addres-I will post it here but there is no guarantee you will get your money back. I contacting paypal.

I am still awaiting a reply from this company regarding the remainder of the refund. I only received half of the money!

I have written to them twice and they appear to be ignoring me. ROBBERS!

order no: B237**** This company are nothing but robbers and thieves. My order of 3 items took 4 weeks to arrive. I was told 1 item was out of stock and told to reorder another item which I did not do due o the apparent lack of understanding of English. The 2 items that arrived were made of inferior fabric and were grossly undersized. I ordered XXL the garments would not have fitted a 5 year old! The company denied receiving the return package even though I have a tracking/signed receipt. And to cap it all they only offered me a a partial refund which 2 months later I have still not received. They do not respond to a 36 hour promise to reply if they respond at all.

There is an address on the bottom of the label on your package that says RETURN TO. I mailed my goods registered to that address it was tracked and signed for.

However Fashionmia are still denying it arrived and will only offer half the payment. unit 26 Broadgate, Oakham Broadway Business centre, OL99XA Good Luck,

Don't send these people your money!

I ordered 6 dresses, it took 3 of them 2 months to arrive and when i got them they were 4 sizes too small. Yes they were marked as the sizes I ordered (based on the measurements they provide on the website) . When i tried to complain they offered me $28 for my trouble and told me not to return the garments and they would not refund my money. I spent almost $200. To return the items they tell you you have to send them back with the post office using a tracking number. It was going to cost me between $75 and $120 to ship back three dresses in an 8.5 by 11 inch envelop. Furthermore the quality of the garments was very poor. Patterns on the fabric were not matched up and very cheap cloth. What criminals! Please learn from my mistake.

I ordered clothing - maybe 6 items one month ago and to date I have not received my order. They gave me a tracking number that does not work with UPS, FedEx or USPS. You can never speak to anybody live and they are 3 hours behind where I live so at 7:00 pm my time, someone should still be available to speak with (only 4:00 there). I would be cautious before you order from this company and check the reviews. If I do not receive my order soon, they will be very sorry because nothing makes me more furious than consumer fraud and rip-off........especially if and when I do receive my order, the quality of clothes are poor. Worst experience ever so far ordering clothing on line. Never again for me from Fashion Mia. The first issue was that one of th eproducts I ordered was out of stock---DO NOT put it on your website if you DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK!!!!!! I chose a replacement product and quite some time later, 1 or 2 weeks I was told that the order shipped. Again, it has been one month and nothing FRAUD -- NOTHING BUT A FRAUD AND i BETTER GET MY MONEY BACK OR I'M GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND REPORT THEM.

Disappointed with the quality of the dresses ordered.

Fashionmia: I am very disappointed with the merchandise (dresses ordered) from Fashionmia. The quality is not there as it is in the online pictures. I placed an order June 26 and got piece mill ordered items July 18. I still have not gotten all items ordered and it has been over 6-8 weeks. The ordered items comes in piece mill, not all together. I have send email messages and tried to telephone Fashionmia. Fashionmia do not reply to emails. I would like a refund and return items, but according to reviews, returning items to Fashionmia will be a double loss for me. I do not like the formal dress, bad quality. jbuggray@***.com.

Stay away!! The worst

An aunt visiting asked me to order 3 dresses for her. I personally placed the dresses into the cart and check out with paypal account for a $55 charge. I pick up my phone, saw a message from paypal for a $188 charge. I immediately went back to look what happened, thinking its a conversion of dollars, i saw that its US dollars. I reviewed the order and noticed that i was charged for 11 dresses instead of the 3 i placed in the cart. All of which are of different sizes. I emailed them and immediately called paypal. I was advised to wait a week. I did. No response from the merchant. Paypal then opened a dispute against them but only refunded me the 133, which is the difference of my total. As soon as the dispute is filled, fashionmia emails me. Telling me the money is frozen by paypal and i should close the dispute and they will refund my money, really!! Its now u want to answer the email!!! Now im trying to get the rest of my money from paypal as i will never receive this shipment. Unscrupulous people. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

They don't care about the customers.

I had a very frustrating experience with that company. By mistake I ordered twice the same dress, I double clic...... I sent an email 2 minutes after, on the same day, they told me they will send me the money back. Still waiting ...sent my request on march 18. Sent at least 6 emails to let them know I'm still waiting and unsatisfied. Every time they reply they will take care of my request and pay me back. There are just making fun of me....... Will never buy from them, they are not trustable. The dress I received arrived after 2 months......ansd is ok. but I payed 40$ more for a dress that I cancelled.

RIPPED OFF

I ordered 3 items which did not fit what so ever. I went on their site 5 times now to claim a return. I took pictures did everything they asked. I got an email 2 weeks later that I did not purchase "return insurance" (huh?). None the less I paid for that. I emailed them numerous times as well. It's now been over a month and I have no way to return my items!!!! On their site 1st page says free returns and exchanges. My A**!!!! So pissed. On top of that the dresses that looked full and quality were paper thin and horribly made. I just want someone to answer me on what I need to do to make my return. And there is no way to get a hold of anyone.

Non responsiveness and inability to contact via email

Received 2 of 6 goods almost 2 months after ordering; repeatedly called and emailed with NO responses; tried to change password with account but received NO responses either via email or spam; tried to fill out form for exchange and it said "confirm" but never submit--clicked on "save & confirm" and got UNDELIVERABLE! Tried to cancel remaining items listed today as "processed" but then got a message that I could not cancel as items were sent. Want to exchange one item for larger size and the other item for something else--but asks for URL #s which are NOT found on items as you order online. As this point, just want to return ALL items and cancel the rest but company is NOT responding in ANY matter whatsoever to resolve this issue. Ridiculous. Never buying clothes online again

I ordered a dress may 5th. The funds were taken from my account within the week. I got an email saying 4-7days to process and ship. After 2wks i emailed and they said due to high demand that product would take an additional upto 10days to process/ship. (They offered $4 credit for the inconvenience but the site pages aren't working when i use the supplied yes and no buttons. I've waited and still no notice of shipment. I re emailed about it and they said the same as before and offered to exchange for something of equal value in their site. I just wanted the dress i paid for! I then find out that there are multiple customers this has happened to. I'm kinda lost as to how to proceed. I'm pissed...
