The items I received by mail were damaged before I even open the package by what seems to be a box cutter

Fashionmia is a scam. They send products which is awful material and not what you see in the pictures.

I returned the items and only got back a small amount back. Do not trust them.

Todate I have not received the outstanding item, nor has the money been refunded.

Ordered 4 items, within a few days I emailed them to cancel it as my children had bought me a new coat and cardigan. Didn't receive any reply or acknowledgment to this email.

The order came except one of the items all items too small for me this order placed is no good for me as I can’t wear any of it. I now have emailed them 3 times to ask to return the items but surprise surprise just a computer generated dispatch note was in the bag. They have not acknowledged any of my emails to customer service and today received an email saying goods have been dispatched how fraustrating they haven’t answered any of my email queries saying I want a refund.

They have taken my money and I have been left with goods I can’t wear. They are not a good company do not order from them!

I made a transaction on June 30th. I did not receive a confirmation email and did not receive my order.

Nobody has been answering my calls and my emails!

This is a terrible Customer service. I need my refund!

3 of the 4 items I ordered do not fit, too small and 1 is WAY TO BIG

I ordered a few clothing items. I did not receive all the items and the clothes that I received were trash - poor fabric and stitching.

To this day I am waiting for the item still not received. I returned the items to the address provided to me, which was an address in Mississauga.

Customer service has not been helpful at all. Only a fraction of the total amount I paid has been refunded.

I didnt receive my order I was to get it today it says it been delivered but it is not here I would like my money return to my card thank u

My order # is 39594 and this was placed back at the beginning of April, it's now July and I want to know where the *** is my *** order!!!!!!!!!

I have made a complaint with the BBB in the states and with my local police office...... Give me a refund or ship my order!!

There was no answer by Customer Service. I had to leave a message on the voicemail. My order is seriously delayed.

I bought the wrong size....i want to return it...how do I go about doing that?

I have not received my orders that I paid for. I selected 5 day shipping and they are still not here yet. I heard this was a scam and I am very angry about this.

I placed an order and canceled 1 hour later It took 6 months and many phoney emails asking to pay a restocking fee, an insurance fee. An email to send a copy of my driver's license, social card etc.. I final got some of my money back less their processing fee.

I ordered 2 dresses but I only received one black but I didn’t receive black dress. I called longtime ago but i still didn’t resolve the problems
