I ordered items on 1 Dec, 2017 (order nr. B213****). My card was overcharged with 412.42 USD (original price should have been 231 USD). I had my order cancelled prior to shipment and have the email confirmation from the shop about that. Mandy from the customer service wrote to me back in December that my bank account will be refunded latest by January 2, 2018. I received nothing until today. My bank started a dispute against Fashion Mia. Mandy claims to have sent out items to my address without me returning them. This is a very poor idea invented by Mandy because first she could not provide a tracking number or anything that proves that any items were sent to my address. Second, I have email-proof from her that she cancelled my order and will refund my bank account.
My bank escalated my dispute three days ago. I also filed a claim through the Federal Bureau of Consumer Protection and they are recommending the next steps and the action I should take against this shop.
I am also collecting information now from all those people affected to start a group claim at paypal and urge them to stop allowing payment for this fraudulent shop.
I WILL NOT by ANY MEANS close my dispute until I have the money on my account.
Do NOT buy from this shop and take action against the shop by reporting them to paypal.
