After this review they sent me the refund in my account.

Hello, I am new customer in fashionmia.com and placed an order on Sunday 19th Feb 2017.As I didn't like that a paypal account was required, I finally decided to cancel this order.

I tried to do that from my new account from Fashionmia.com but the Option Cancel order says that I have to enter both fields ( order number and e-mail) , which I do and it doesnt work, the site is just broken. I tried it from many different computers and browsers.

Anyway my only option was to send an e-mail, by opening a ticket and this what I got: " Dear Olga This is to confirm that your request has been received. Our customer service will get back to you within 36 hours.

type:Paid Order Cancellation email: xxxxxxx name: Olga Order#: B186**** content:Hello, the option Change Order, or Order Cancellation in your site doesnt work, so please cancel my order. My cancellation request is within 24 hours and I request full refund. Please let me know asap.

Kind Regards Olga " No other response until the 21th of Feb. I wanted to make sure that the cancellation will go in your system within 24 hours, so that you don't make ANY further process, sending the items, or processing the payment etc..

but if your system doesn't work, and you don't respond to the e-mails, how am I supposed to cancel an order within 24 hours?? SO now the payment is approved.

Please cancel the order and send me the money back in my credit card as soon as possible.Regards, Olga

Thank you for your reply. I can see that the status in the fashionmia account is now refunded and I will wait to get the money back in my card in 3 days as promised.
