Not resolved

To start with, here is what I wish I had read before naively shopping on this site: This is going to cause you a lot of anxiety, and cost you much more time and money than it is worth. My experience: I bought one (1) dress over on 11 Nov 2017.

Nothing happened for over a month. The order was always "being processed". The only sign of my purchase was my mailbox, totally inundated with unwanted publicity before I blocked the sender. When I checked my order today (14 Dec 2017) it turns out they have all of a sudden billed me twice for two of the same dress and there are arguably two parcels on their way.

No answer to my email.

This is scary. I feel abused and totally helpless.
