Not resolved

To start with, here is what I wish I had read before naively shopping on this site: This is going to cause you a lot of anxiety, and cost you much more time and money than it is worth.My experience: I bought one (1) dress over on 11 Nov 2017.

Nothing happened for over a month. The order was always "being processed". The only sign of my purchase was my mailbox, totally inundated with unwanted publicity before I blocked the sender. When I checked my order today (14 Dec 2017) it turns out they have all of a sudden billed me twice for two of the same dress and there are arguably two parcels on their way.

No answer to my email.

This is scary.I feel abused and totally helpless.
