Still waiting for my order since 3/27/17-today 4/1717
I ordered 3 dresses from Fashion Mia almost a month ago. I called customer service number (888) 553-**** and always get a recording to leave my order number and phone number. I've done that at least 5 times and so far, no response. I don't know what type of Scam/racket they have going on, but I want the dresses to be sent to me, or a full refund. If I don't get some sort of satisfaction soon, I will take further action. That is no way to run a business. What is a person to do when they think they are ordering from a legitimate business and they are not treating the consumer fairly? If there is a back order or they do not have the merchandise, then tell us something. Do not leave the consumer (me) hanging.

I paid for 3 day shipping, they charged my card for the dress and extra shipping and here it is 3 WEEKS later and it is showing as still at warehouse. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service to cancel the order as the dress was supposed to be worn TODAY...

I order 2 dress since the 4/10/2017 today is 4/17/2017 no tracking #... no Customer service....had I read these reviews it would not have happened to me ...never again

THIEFs and POOR QUALITY
I ordered 3 dresses. 2 came (I regret the order, because i cannot wear it. The quality is so poor - I have never seen that kind of facture - awful) Third one never came and I never got my money back. I see on the website on my account, that they would refund it, but they didn't. I have 2 dresses that i couldn't even wash the floor with it. And for the third one, i didn't even get my money back. NEVER buy here. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. AND THE customer service here is pathetic. Absolutely regret that i have bought anything here. Will never ever do that again. And would like to warn the other against these thief

I have a great experience with fashion mia as a first time buyer! All the three dresses that i ordered comes in very good condition. High quality and affordable. They even come faster than i expected. I Will definitely order from this site again. It's great to know this kind of inline shop that caters to their buyers' needs. I hesitate ordering in this shop at first but then when my ordered arrived i know that the risk is worth it. I definitely love all the dresses I've ordered. I also love thei app which offers coupons when you visit their app everuday. I also love the idea of the tracking number they gave me when my ordered have been shipped. I can accurately tracj my orders and i dont need to worry about my order .

This company sucks.. I have tried to buy items here, But the LONG LONG LONG WAIT !!!!!!!! for my items, and or refunds , is just so unfair.. Avoid this company !! they have some cute clothes, but the sizes are very very small , and of course, the lack of employees who are susposed to be " working " at their assigned jobs, just could care less ! Once this so called " company " has your hard earned money, then the customer has to put up with miss directed ( delivered ) items AS IN I NEVER GOT MY ORDER ! which cost me $ 10.53.. I complained and got lame excuses..Canceled orders ( after waiting 4 + weeks , and NO shipping out my order... Stay away !! DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!!!

Oder a dress April 5, paid for it and haven't heard back from no one about when it's going to be here! I'm pissed because I wanted the dress for Easter. This proves to me that this is a fraud.... I will be reporting this to the authorities. I'm pissed the F off.

I am coming to really love this site! Even though my very first order arrived broken, Fashionmia took care of it quickly and efficiently and was able to fix my issue as well as offer me extra points for the inconvenience. They responded the next day and had the issue corrected within 3 days. It makes me feel better that they were so willing to correct the issue fast and with such case for me and my daughters birthday present (which was what I had ordered the earrings for) I will, and have, shared your website with friends and they are already loving you as well. Keep up the great work and I am looking forward to receiving my second order here soon. Have a great holiday season. Thank you again.

The worst company I have ever ordered from
This website is a joke. I order two dresses for an event that I had in feburary. I purchased the dressed three weeks before my event. I received the dress literally three days before my event. When i got the dress one of them did not even look like the picture online and did not fit so i tried to return the item. It took them 2 weeks to process my refund for the item and then the money doesnt even go back to your account. The money goes back to their website, so then you have to process another request to get the money into your wallet. I put in that request as soon as the first request was complete. That was over two weeks ago and I STILL haven't gotten my refund after returning the dress a month ago. this is by far the worst website I have ever had to deal with internationally or not! I will never shop with them and I beg you all to not waste lost of time money and energy trying to shop with them as well. Beware if you do, you have been warned!

Better than expected
I've been debating about ordering from Fashionmia for quite some time now. I love their styles and I'm super thrifty, so I like the price too. :) But given the horrible reviews, I was very hesitant. So I decided to buy one item I liked that was pretty inexpensive (like $13) and thought at least that way I could get some experience of ordering with them without having spent a fortune in case it didn't go well. I was a bit nervous, but actually had no problems at all. I received an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation, and my item arrived in perfect condition in under two weeks. I followed instructions on their website for sizing and ordered a large (I usually wear a small) and it's a perfect fit. Maybe I just got lucky, but I actually really like what I ordered - a lot! Try placing a small order and see how it goes - and follow sizing instructions! I had a great first experience with this company.

Received my 2 items on 12/24/2016. It looked cheap an didn't fit. I send it back on 12/27/2017 with the address that was give to me. Customer Service said my refund would be retuened back on my credit card. Today is 4/10/2017 an my refund still haven't been returned.

Confusion about service
I had place an order for a few items and I was charged for them, but did not receive them. When I first contacted Fashionmia via email to ask about my order I was told that no order under my name was found. I was very upset, but then realized that I used PayPal to pay for the items so they got involved and assisted me with communicating with the staff at Fashionmai.com. My issue was resolved and I received all of my items and was please with how the items fit both myself and my daughter. I will continue to make purchases through fashionmia.com. I also found the customer service staff to be very friendly and responsible tin resolving my issue.
