Bed service good dress

I received my package 2 months later than my order.. I payed for 5 days tracking and I felt like to have loose my money... but after The costumer service helped me and finally I received my dress! The dress is amazing and I love it!!! Exactly like In the picture.. if I would give 5 stars for the dress , I will.. but for the service I can't because it took a very long time...

Great Products and pricing. Customer Service could be better but they eventually get the job done.

I have purchased quite a bit of products from FashionMia. The quality and pricing is great and reflects what the page says but they could be better on Customer Service and getting issues cleared up faster. I have had an outstanding item for over 1-1/2 months and still haven't receive it or a refund. It is a pair of Mens Casual Pants and I ordered them on March 6/17 and still haven't received them or have been given a refund. I also have other outstanding items but this one is the longest. They eventually get the job done but it takes a lot of leg work on the customers part. I hope to see this improve in the future so that I can give FashionMia a 5 on all areas of service. If they get this improved then I think they are one of the best suppliers out there and will be hard to beat.

Happy for the dress , less for the service

I received my package after 2 months , but at the end I received it!! The dress is fantastic and I was so happy to weard it.. but I am very disappointed with The costumer service.. I payed for 5 days tracking and I felt like I lost my money ... if I would give 5 stars for the dress , I will because as I said the dress is fantastic but I cannot give 5 stars for the bed service.. I'm sorry! This company has to improve a lot about it!

Waiting for orders for over 6 weeks in processing

I placed several orders and some of my items were sent but I have several orders still in processing as far back as March 6th to March 26 with no idea when they will be sent to me. I have sent several tickets but haven't received a response. I really do like the quality and size of their products and have been able to figure out what will fit me and what won't. I hope they get these orders out to me so that I can continue purchasing without worry but if they don't then I will take my business elsewhere. The turnaround time on Customer Service isn't the greatest either but I have been able to get responses but it is taking a long time to get it done.

Fashionmia - Clothes For My Two Kids Review

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures. Their inventory is not updated, so most is out of stock. Only the website will let you order as if the item(s) are available, but instead after months waiting you'll get an email asking you to pick a replacement item. If you ask for a refund as I did, they will tell you your refund will be available in 5-7 days. Two weeks later you call the out of country number to find out there is no customer service, just an option to leave a voice mail with a call back number. No one ever calls you back. The other contact option, via email...where you embark in a hellish game of how many times can they bull *** you. When they do give you a "refund," they state it is in your "my wallet." "My wallet," is a clever way the company acts like they have completed your refund request but instead, the money is in a virtual store credit, that is not even accessible. And why would you want to reorder merchandise, they don't have to send you!! It has been four months still waiting on my refund. Last email stated, please excuse the delay, but currently we are processing claims from May???!! What, we are still in April, so are they a whole year behind!???! Save yourself the heartache, stress, and your hard earned money...and keep it in your wallet

I too returned items and have been waiting for a refund for months. I was e-mailing someone for some time and now the e-mails bounce back.

I tried to contact the person noted on this site at joyce.zhang@***.com but that e-mail too bounces back and goes no where.

Ordered Not Received

I place my order March 30,2017 and here it is April 27,2017 and have not received my order can't get in contact with anyone. Do not order from this COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!! I can't even track my order. They give me a tracking number and can't even track. I even sent out an email and got one response and was told that I would received my order in 10 days. I still have not received my order. The phone number that I call there is no one there. The voice mail says leave your order number and your name and some one will call you back very soon. I am still waiting for this call. UNACCEPTABLE. This company should not be in BUSINESS!!!!!

Order # I guess you will have to issue me a refund on this order.. It has been Way to long , for this order..Just send me a refund of my $ 79.75, Please !! I waited for 2 months for my dress and I needed for New Year... the costumer service is very bad and this company has to improve a lot !!!

But at the end I received my package with my dress, and there was a person who followed me perfectly... but anyway I payed for 5 days tracking and I felt like I lost my money... if I would give 5 stars for the dress, I will because the dress is fantastic and I love it!!

But I can't give 5 stars for the service... I'm sorry!
