BUYER BEWARE!!!
Been trying for three weeks to get a hold of somebody and they don't even answer emails. From the other reviews I have learned that even though they have you return the items you purchased they do not refund the money.
The dresses I received are smelly (yes smelly) and some are too big others too small no reasoning behind the sizing. BUYER BEWARE do not buy from this company.
Plus the amount of time it took to receive the dresses was two months and you cannot return them because you can't get a hold of anyone to return them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I have had great experiences with this company. They are always quick to respond to my email messages, and their product line is excellent.
My wife loves their dresses; they are very cheap and are beautifully made. Everything fits nicely. Shipping takes a week or two but it is worth the wait. I would recommend this company any time, any day!
Their website is beautifully done, and they answer questions via email the same day or the very next day. Give them a try; it will be worth it.
And you just cannot beat the prices anywhere in the united states. I have made three purchases so far with only the best of experiences.

Bad business no refund returns run around
NO RECOURSE
I WAITED FOR FOUR WEEKS FOR DELIVERY OF TEN DRESSES, TOTALING 212.00 AND I AM STILL WAITING ON ANOTHER PARCEL SINCE I HAVE ONLY RECEVED SIX OF THE TEN DRESSES ORDERED, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE POICY, NO RESPONSE FOR A REFUNDS, CREDIT IS APPLIED TO A "WALLET" WHICH IS A JOKE IN ITSELF. THE DRESSES MY WIFE KEPT ARE BEAUTIFUL AND FIT EXTREMELY WELL.
I AM NOT SURE I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH FASHIONMIA AGAIN, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE 4 MORE OUTFITS I WANT TO ORDER, I AM WAITING FOR THE FINAL OUTCOME OF MY FIRST BUYING DISASTER A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS, BUT A THOUSAND WORDS COULD NOT EXPLAIN HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM DOING BUSINESS WITH FASHIONMIA. THEY HAVE WONDERFUL PRODUCT, BUT JUST AS GOOD AS THE PRODUCT IS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE OPPOSITE

Bad customer service
I bought at Bellalike and got a charge from Fashionmia.com, bellalike does not reply myborder status, I need feedback otherwise I will request a Chargeback and contact Visa and facebook to close their merchat. Please advise urgently

What The Heck
Basically I am trying to get a refund back from a purchase!!! I don't know what the problem is with these people.
I am trying to request that my refund be sent to a specific paypal account. I was told that you would. Then I received this email todayI I repeat I do not have a paypal at patyoung215@***.com. I can never have one at this account.
There are major problems with this paypal account. I provided to you my paypal account of pyoung215@***.com to send me the REFUND that I have waited 3 months for. Please if anyone is out here listening that represents FashionMia that can do there job correctly. Please resubmit payment to pyoung215@***.com.

Worth a look
Stressful
returned item 3 months later no refund. I still did not get my refund.
I keep getting excuses after excuses and no one hears me. I will be filing a formal complaint today about this company practices. I really dont understand how this company can operate under these conditions like this I really dont. I hope that no one buys from this company in the near future.
You have been warned. The customer service people are rude and unprofessional here.

Same thing happened to me. They told me my item was waiting for new material to be sent in order to make it.
That was nearly TWO months ago!! Also, since I paid for this item, I've been having repeated "unusual activity attempt with your paypal account." I believe this place is a scam & they might be the ones trying to *** my account as well.
I just want my money back, but am afraid they'll break into my bank & wipe me out. Never seen such bad service in my entire lie.
