I fee like I'm being robbed
made an order on Sept 23, 2017. until now items has not been shipped. they never contacted me unless I will send them email first. their 24/7 phone number is always in the voicemail mode. it will just ask me to leave my name, phone and order number. that is crazy! I thought it is a 24/7 number. I never leave my number because the voice mail says their business hour is 9am to 6pm which is 8hrs plus GMT, which means when they are awake, I'm totally asleep. I don't want them to call me in the middle of the night. I don't know if I will still receive my order. It worth $158. every time I will email them, I will get a response from different person with different reasons whey I haven't received my order yet. I feel like I'm being robbed.

Very poor .
Yes but cant get past the robot code .not being accepted. I ordered a dress 19 days ago and only now they have contacted me to tell me its out of stock!!! Its paid for!!

You will not get a refund. You will only get excuses that their system is down and unable to process refunds.
I ordered items back in March of 2017. Received only part of the order. After waiting for the remainder of my order, I contacted company via email. The remainder of my order was out of stock.
Since it had taken a couple of months, I requested a refund of the balance of my order. It is now October, 2017. I've received only excuses--not a refund.
Buyer beware. If you're looking for a refund--forget about it.

I want my refund!
So far I have waited 4 weeks for my refund. Fashionmia acknowledged receipt of my return and originally said it would take 15 - 25 days to action, I'm still waiting and they have stopped communicating with me. I will never deal with them again and I urge everyone else to steer clear. I feel I've been duped.

I ordered six dresses this summer from the site. From the pictures they looked beautiful but when I received them they were flimsy and way too small. In fact an XL looked like it was a dress made for a doll. In order to return you have to take pictures of the dresses to receive an OK to send them back. I sent him back immediately which cost me $10, and I am still waiting 3 months later for my refund. I have contacted customer service numerous times and I always get the excuse that they need to get the approval from their financial department. Here it is the middle of October and I’m still waiting for my almost $80 refund. Don’t buy from this site! The clothes are garbage and the customer service is even worse. They’ll send you trash and keep your money.

Worst experience ever, never buy anything from Fashionmia
I ordered 3 items on 7/12. Only one item was shipped to me on 8/9. It took almost one month. Their shipment information online is a lie. Never trust it. The item was very poor quality. The other 2 items were not ready to deliver at all. They canceled them. And agreed to give me refund. I have been dealing the refund for these 2 items since middle of July with their customer service. They have been lied all the times, used all kinds of excuse not to refund me. I even did not talk about the poor item I received. I was afraid if I returned, I paid shipping but never got refund. Until 10/12/17, they still did not give me the refund. I had to contact Paypal, Paypal contacted them on behalf of me, I got my refund for the 2 items immediately. What a joke. As customer, I contacted them for 2 months to get my refund, they did not. When paypal got involved, they could do it right away. I wanted to get my refund for that poor quality item, but paypal only could do it if I shipped it back to its registered address on paypal which is in China. The item costs $26 something. It is not worth to ship it back which will cost more than that. FashionMia has a local address in USA for returning. However I can not trust them any more, If I return my item to the local address, I won't get my refund. So please never never buy things from FashionMia. You will lose your money. The worst thing is to waste your time to deal with them and let them manipulate and play game.

Better to burn your $$ than give it to this company
Products are terrible quality and may look like the tiny photos online but would not let my dog sleep on this crap. No ability to return - just a scam, bait and switch, and our right theft! I ordered a dress that looked very soft and flowey for a wedding. When it FINALLY arrived, too late for the wedding I might add, the fabric was so stiff that it was more like thin plastic sheeting than fabric. Construction was very poor and print was ugly. Went on line with my packing slip which contained my order number, entered that on the site as directed, and received an error message saying that the order number and email address don't match. What a scam. Rather than buy ANYTHING from this place go to the nearest resale shop. You will find better quality, better prices and nicer people.

It seems that they list products that they cannot deliver -and when they have your money and cannot purchase that particular item from their supplier any more - they put your money (conveniently) into their 'Wallet' on the site for future purchases. This means you do not get a refund and have to buy more items from them - this is unethical at best and downright extortion at best. They, FashionMia, are obviously a clearing house for other people's products and have very little business acumen - certainly in dealing with the USA customer who is extremely savvy after being exposed to Amazon for so long. To everyone reading - the rule of 'buyer beware' is EXTREMELY relative here when dealing with FashionMia.

SCAMMERS
Like other people I ordered clothes wbich took a long time to come and they were too small. I reyurned them but no refund. Just emails promising refunds. Why is this company still allowed to advertise and scam people and Paypal are taking your money to give to them
