NEVER buy from this site. They are liars.

earn money unethically. They send dresses that are not like on the pictures. You will never get money back. They asked me to write good reviews and they would give me a coupon.

Guess what? coupon never worked.

That is why here is my true review of fashionmia: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!! You will not get what you will expect

I had to inquire about something, and wrote a message. To be honest I wasn't hoping to receive a response, but I did. They replied very fast, so customer service is good. This is the thing my main comment is. As it is very important nowadays to have great customer service. When you buy online you don't see the seller, and feel important when they reply. They are polite and responsive. Also they change the products according to the seasons, so it is easy to find new things. Good selection of everything you might need. Good selection of colours they offer on the pictures. They also offer fast delivery.

First Order from Fashion Mia

I placed an order and heard nothing, saw nothing move by way of website. Contacted FM through Facebook private messaging and that person that responded was very helpful.

All of the Items I ordered in October that were not cancelled by FM arrived, last portion yesterday 11/13. 9 items ordered 6 delivered and two of which I like. The others were cheaply made, no lining, thin material. Refund $ was put in my wallet on their website where I could see it.

I did choose to use my wallet $ to order other items hoping they do not cancel those or this could go on forever. I'll keep you posted on the results of those. Did not spend any extra money. When you request a refund, they initially move it to your wallet and then from there it can go back to paypal if you choose.

Those were my options anyway. Sincerely Gidget

Products are terrible quality and may look like the tiny photos online but would not let my dog sleep on this crap. No ability to return - just a scam, bait and switch, and our right theft! I ordered a dress that looked very soft and flowey for a wedding. When it FINALLY arrived, too late for the wedding I might add, the fabric was so stiff that it was more like thin plastic sheeting than fabric. Construction was very poor and print was ugly. Went on line with my packing slip which contained my order number, entered that on the site as directed, and received an error message saying that the order number and email address don't match. What a scam. Rather than buy ANYTHING from this place go to the nearest resale shop. You will find better quality, better prices and nicer people.

I had ordered several items from Fashionmia, one of the dresses was sold out and the other was not as shown on the site. I contacted customer service, several emails and pictures later they agreed that the dress was not as shown and suggested I could either keep it and receive a credit in their company website wallet for a next purchase or return it, and receive a full refund.

I opted to return it, at my coast as they do not provide a shipping label and requested my refund, of which I was told I would see back in my account after 72 hours it has now been close to 2 weeks and still no refund. I have basically given away over $56.00 to a company and have no merchandise to show for it or my money back. It does not take longer than 7 days to receive money back from a company, especially if they are at fault.

I would not order again from this company nor would I refer anyone to buy from them as well. DO yourself a favor and stay far far away from the aggravation and the unethical business practices.

I want my refund!

So far I have waited 4 weeks for my refund. Fashionmia acknowledged receipt of my return and originally said it would take 15 - 25 days to action, I'm still waiting and they have stopped communicating with me. I will never deal with them again and I urge everyone else to steer clear. I feel I've been duped.

RUN RUN AWAY

I bought 3 dresses on Nov.3, 2017. Two weeks later got an email, they needed my mailing address, which of course I had provided with the order. Gave them the address. 2 weeks later, I get the dresses: they look like a horror show. Write this company. They replied that shipping for return was on customer and that it can be expensive, and they have to get the return within 30 days. I go to the post office, it is close to 30 dollars to return the package to CHINA. This is for basic shipping which is uninsured and non-guaranteed. My resolve is to give the order to goodwill. Hopefully you do not find yourself on that same plight with me. BUYER BE WARE

I ordered six dresses this summer from the site. From the pictures they looked beautiful but when I received them they were flimsy and way too small. In fact an XL looked like it was a dress made for a doll. In order to return you have to take pictures of the dresses to receive an OK to send them back. I sent him back immediately which cost me $10, and I am still waiting 3 months later for my refund. I have contacted customer service numerous times and I always get the excuse that they need to get the approval from their financial department. Here it is the middle of October and I’m still waiting for my almost $80 refund. Don’t buy from this site! The clothes are garbage and the customer service is even worse. They’ll send you trash and keep your money.

I received the parcel with 2 days delay due to holidays. Customer support was very polite and helpful.

I guess because of the new year it took longer than usual to arrive, but the dress was exactly as described and the right size. Is not the first time when I order from them and usually the parcels were arriving in the specified timeframe.

I always get an email confirming my order and if I use fast shipping option I receive a tracking code. Quality is good and the price is the best :) The lady from customer support was polite and helpful.

I've seen that people are having trouble sometimes reading and understanding the size charts, but to me is quite straightforward. The size was right and actually the dress looks better in reality!

Pay with PayPal they have leverage for refunds

I had two orders with FashionMia, a total of 8 items for my wife. Six items were not as pictured and also too small and too short based on original pictures from FM. I returned the first order and tried to cancel the second order. FM ignored my cancellation and still shipped three weeks later the second order. I did two returns and on both occasions FM dragged their feet processing, then finally put money in the FM Wallet. I requested refunds to my Credit card or to PayPal not to the FM wallet account, they get to keep your refund. The refunded money on both occasions never arrived. Two months later and after many hours of messing with the website/customer service emails all proclaiming we would get a refund nothing happened. I filed a complaint with the credit card, they gave a conditional refund for the first refund. Then I learned how to get FM's attention really really fast. I asked PayPal if I should file a protest through them or my credit card to get my refund. Here is what PayPal (PP) told me. My second transaction was for $120 paid several months ago, my refund was only $60. FM would have 10 days to reply or I would receive the whole $120 not just the $60 back. FM responded to PP within 1 hour with my $60 refund. Months of rangling with the FM jokers was resolved in 1 hour with PayPal and its leverage. FM does not want to fall out with PP as they do too much business through them. Bottom line if you have a legitimate case against FM and you paid by PP then file a case with PP, you will get your money back promptly. Also use PayPal in the future for purchases with FM or anyone else and they will step in to help you.

Im still waiting for my refund, I order 6 dresses in July, it took them like two month to send me my order, its was too small dresses, and its was not what they show on their site. Its been almost four month without any refund, they keep sending e-mail , that very soon I will get my refund. I dont know what to do to get my refund to my credit card, $108.00 dollars that I spent. Fraud, this is worst company to order.

I placed an order almost a month back. My order still indicates "Processing". I sent an email to follow up in between and the only response I got was " Please have patience !!" Seriously, how long is one supposed to wait ? Will they ship it after a year ? If something is not available, you should just display as "NOT AVAILABLE" on your site instead of making customers pay and wait for ages . I have a feeling my order will never be delivered. To top it all, if I cancel my order now, I will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. For what ?? Why should Fashionmia get 15% for not providing any service at all !! I am extremely disappointed by this website. Never ordering again.

WORST COMPANY EVER - SCAMMERS

Brought 5 dresses got one which the was cheap and nasty. Contacted them about the others and was given a dodgy tracking number. This was back in September. Contacted them again asking for a refund but apparently it takes them 30 days to organize a refund from the wallet on their site. It is now 19/12 and Im still waiting. $140 down the drain. Sick of dealing with these fraudulent ***, hope tge karma train gets them big time.
