FashionMia - BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered from them in August. It took almost a month to get the items that I ordered, and when they arrived, the fabrics were horrible. Very scratchy, and there was also a sizing problem. The website didn’t work (intentionally, I’m sure) with respect to making a return, so I contacted customer service via the email address on the website. They responded several days later and suggested that I give the dresses I had ordered to someone as a gift instead of returning them (seriously?!). I returned the items at my own expense and didn’t hear back from them even after I had received delivery confirmation of the return, so I contacted them about my refund, and was told it would be issued in 15 to 20 business days. It wasn’t! They instead issued a credit to my FashionMia “wallet”. I told them that wasn’t acceptable and that I wanted a refund to my original form of payment. They said sure! You’ll get your refund in 15 to 20 business days. I didn’t get a refund and contacted them again and was told that the previous customer service rep had forgotten to process the refund request. But the person handling it now would fix the issue and I would have my refund in, you guessed it, 15 to 20 business days - unless it took longer because of the holidays. Still no refund, so I gave up and filed a dispute with PayPal. FashionMia responded that they were terribly sorry for all the problems, but they would resolve the issue if I would drop my dispute since they couldn’t refund my money because PayPal had locked their money because of my dispute. I didn’t waste my time with responding to their latest lie, but instead escalated the dispute to a claim. Within two hours, I had my refund. The moral of the story is NEVER ORDER FROM FASHIONMIA. This company is disreputable and will steal your money and waste your time. It’s really a shame because their clothes are really cute.

FashionMia - stay away, don't buy

I ordered nine items for $233.26 in May 2017 (oder# B199****) . Some of them was out in stock. They put $90 to my wallet, I requested a refund , after couple weeks my money disappeared - I have not received it to my account and my wallet was empty. I received the rest of my order only on July. I didn't like them and sent all items back. I asked for a refund of my money. Today is November and they have not refunded me!!!!! Every time they refer me to another person: October 1, Susan said that my refund had an emergency status and ask me to wait more days. October 19, Mandy said that something happened with thier system and I will receive my money from 27th-31st of October November 12, Bella said that something wrong with thier financial account and they will refund me within next 12-15 days. November 25, Cherish said that I already received my money in October!!! It's not true. I have not received my money from FashionMia. Please don't buy from fashionmia. Stay away from them.

FRAUD!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy!

I ordered two items, after weeks I asked where they were. They told me one of the items is not in stock, and I had to fight for my money back. I had to open a case on PayPal, texted them every detail. FashionMia wanted me to close the case, said they can’t pay my money back when the case is open. They replied to PayPal by sending them the tracking number and LIED that both items had been delivered. Which is not true and proven by the emails I exchanged with them before that. They never intended to pay my money back, they just stopped replying to my (actually pretty nice!) emails. PayPal closed the case because of their lies, and now I‘m getting a solicitor to get my money back. And then they are going to pay for the solicitor, too. BEWARE!!!!! Do not buy!!!!!

No response at phone number no returned call. FashionMia

My transaction which included all of one dress was cancelled. However, much to my dismay, it was taken out of my account 11 times, resulting in a $528 NSF Fee. All cancellations which I did not order came back out of my account as cheque NSF , I cannot get a proper response using customer service, nor talking with the Chat representatives. Please help if you know how.I have spent 3 days on this, and gone to my bank, which reduced my NSF total in half. Paypal I have gotten no help from. Fashion mia does not answer the phone, and does not return your dall.
