RUN RUN AWAY
I bought 3 dresses on Nov.3, 2017. Two weeks later got an email, they needed my mailing address, which of course I had provided with the order. Gave them the address. 2 weeks later, I get the dresses: they look like a horror show. Write this company. They replied that shipping for return was on customer and that it can be expensive, and they have to get the return within 30 days. I go to the post office, it is close to 30 dollars to return the package to CHINA. This is for basic shipping which is uninsured and non-guaranteed. My resolve is to give the order to goodwill. Hopefully you do not find yourself on that same plight with me. BUYER BE WARE

WORST COMPANY EVER - SCAMMERS
Brought 5 dresses got one which the was cheap and nasty. Contacted them about the others and was given a dodgy tracking number. This was back in September. Contacted them again asking for a refund but apparently it takes them 30 days to organize a refund from the wallet on their site. It is now 19/12 and Im still waiting. $140 down the drain. Sick of dealing with these fraudulent ***, hope tge karma train gets them big time.

I placed my order on October 27, 2017. Until now they are still PROCESSING my order although they already CHARGED it on my credit card! I already sent them email BUT NEVER received any reply! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Customers BEWARE! They are DISHONEST and DOES NOT CARE on stealing money from customers!!! DISHONEST! DISHONEST! DISHONEST! THEY stole my money. Fraud company!!!!
Im still waiting for my refund, I order 6 dresses in July, it took them like two month to send me my order, its was too small dresses, and its was not what they show on their site. Its been almost four month without any refund, they keep sending e-mail , that very soon I will get my refund. I dont know what to do to get my refund to my credit card, $108.00 dollars that I spent. Fraud, this is worst company to order.

I have cancelled a dress. It was put through 11 times, resulting in a $528 nsf fee. I then was talking to a rep and she asked me to go out and purchase an internet security card from Walmart. NO such thing. She also told me to buy an ITunes card with $100. and give her the number. Four more times I was asked to go get more Itune cards totally $275. She said she would have the money in the account by 5. It came and went. Then I got a call from her asked me to buy one more card to cover their bank charge for the transfer, which I did. She said all of these monies would be deposited in my account this morning. They did not do it. They also asked for my bank account number, to deposit the money. It is not there.

Another abused consumer
To start with, here is what I wish I had read before naively shopping on this site: This is going to cause you a lot of anxiety, and cost you much more time and money than it is worth. My experience: I bought one (1) dress over on 11 Nov 2017. Nothing happened for over a month. The order was always "being processed". The only sign of my purchase was my mailbox, totally inundated with unwanted publicity before I blocked the sender. When I checked my order today (14 Dec 2017) it turns out they have all of a sudden billed me twice for two of the same dress and there are arguably two parcels on their way. No answer to my email. This is scary. I feel abused and totally helpless.

Very bad experience with this company.
I place an order on Oct. 25 and I paid extra to get my order in 5 Days. Being that I didn’t receive my order I called left a message to cancel my order and refund my money to my bank. They email me saying the order was on back order but they would cancel my order and refund me in a couple of days cause their system was down. Well we are in the middle of Dec. and I still have not receive my refund. They always say their system is down,

FashionMia Took my money, but I did not receive order and no response from company.
I ordered 6 shirts on Nov. 28 from FashionMia. I received an email from FashionMia that items shipped on Dec. 7th and Dec. 8th. As of Dec 14th, I have not received any of the items ordered. When I tracked tracking number provided by Fashionmia's and the link, All-In-One Package Tracking, provided by FashionMia, they had no record of the tracking number. I called the FashionMia and they did not answer the phone and had a voicemail option giving me limited time to state the problem that I have with FashionMia and I haven't had a return call. When I looked online and did more research on FashionMia I saw mostly complaints. I feel like I've been scammed!

My transaction which included all of one dress was cancelled. However, much to my dismay, it was taken out of my account 11 times, resulting in a $528 NSF Fee. All cancellations which I did not order came back out of my account as cheque NSF , I cannot get a proper response using customer service, nor talking with the Chat representatives. Please help if you know how.I have spent 3 days on this, and gone to my bank, which reduced my NSF total in half. Paypal I have gotten no help from. Fashion mia does not answer the phone, and does not return your dall.

Buyer beware, scamish in nature
Waited more than five months months. No real package tracking. Everything was 4 sizes smaller than advertised. Beware that it would cost $60 to return same small package back to China. FashionMia does not provide return shipping. No refund, just a credit to their store. Customer service just placates and not effective. I submitted dozens of contradictory emails to PayPal to review that proved that customer service is not functional. Non-responsive with refunds. Finally got money back via PayPal claim. Package came 7 months later, with a ship date of after the refund request was made. Not recommended, very risky, questionable business practices.
