Still waiting for my order since 3/27/17-today 4/1717

I ordered 3 dresses from Fashion Mia almost a month ago. I called customer service number (888) 553-**** and always get a recording to leave my order number and phone number. I've done that at least 5 times and so far, no response. I don't know what type of Scam/racket they have going on, but I want the dresses to be sent to me, or a full refund. If I don't get some sort of satisfaction soon, I will take further action. That is no way to run a business. What is a person to do when they think they are ordering from a legitimate business and they are not treating the consumer fairly? If there is a back order or they do not have the merchandise, then tell us something. Do not leave the consumer (me) hanging.

Shipping takes too long

I paid for 3 day shipping, they charged my card for the dress and extra shipping and here it is 3 WEEKS later and it is showing as still at warehouse. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service to cancel the order as the dress was supposed to be worn TODAY and no one has gotten back to me, my card still has the charges on it.

This is the 2nd dress I ordered from them (the 1st only took 2 weeks to be delivered with free shipping) I will not order anything from them again. Yes they are affordable but the material is very cheap, comes from China and takes too long even to ship even if you pay extra for fast delivery

I order 2 dress since the 4/10/2017 today is 4/17/2017 no tracking #... no Customer service....had I read these reviews it would not have happened to me ...never again

This company sucks.. I have tried to buy items here, But the LONG LONG LONG WAIT !!!!!!!! for my items, and or refunds , is just so unfair.. Avoid this company !! they have some cute clothes, but the sizes are very very small , and of course, the lack of employees who are susposed to be " working " at their assigned jobs, just could care less ! Once this so called " company " has your hard earned money, then the customer has to put up with miss directed ( delivered ) items AS IN I NEVER GOT MY ORDER ! which cost me $ 10.53.. I complained and got lame excuses..Canceled orders ( after waiting 4 + weeks , and NO shipping out my order... Stay away !! DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!!!

1 year waitinf for refund

I did pay for two items order: B894383 and B942009 case#:123958 The shipping never arrived and I have been waiting for refund since a year. They keep telling me to wait for the procesing it but my money is not back. I placed an order on 3/24 and I haven't received any product. I have emailed the supposedly 24/7 customer service. I only get an email back saying " if I don't receive confirmation in 5-7 days contact back". I just want to know if the order will come in before my conference. I feel as though a robot is responding to my messages. The company is in a different time zone from me so I'm completely aggravated. If the item is out of stock why have it available On your website. I just want my stuff . Ugh !

I ordered a coat following the size chart exactly. I even ordered the next size up, knowing that Chinese items tend to be on the small side.

In spite of this, the coat was WAY too small. I contacted company and began a 'dispute' simply to request that they send a larger size and a return shipping label for the one they sent. (This is how returns are usually handled in the US.) I will let their reply email speak for itself:

"Dear customer, Good day. Hope you are doing well today, I pray this email finds you well and blessed.

:)

I'm so sorry for this inconvenience caused to you. The item you got is good except the size problem, right?

I’d like to invite you write a review in our store, we will greatly appreciate if you can give us a five-star feedback and leave positive comments through the following links :

(I had to delete the 3 links in order to post this.)

If you write positive reviews on the above websites, we will send a larger one to you for free in return for your help. Please make sure the review contains more than 30 words and each review should be different content. If you afraid that the size still don't fits you, could you let me know your figure details, like bust, waist ,weight?

I can give you some suggestion on size to make sure you can place right size in our store. Could you think it over? Please send us the links or screenshots of your reviews, then we will confirm. Of course, if you don't have enough time to do that, please ignore and I hope everything will be fine with you :)" I replied by copy/pasting the warning at the top of this website and told them I would be happy to leave honest, positive review on each site if they would simply send the correct size coat since the problem was with THEIR size chart.

I gave them adequate time to respond but they did not. UPDATE: I did just receive an email but there were several unresolved issues. The first thing the email said was that the return must be made within 30 days. Well obviously it's been well past 30 days since this has been going on for quite some time.

Also they would be requiring me to return the item at my expense even though the reason I need to return it is because their size chart was incorrect. So I said I am awaiting their email with return postage label. I am awaiting their response. SECOND UPDATE: I replied that they had already offered to send me a larger coat if I would leave positive feedback, so I asked again that they do so.

I told them that when I received the replacement coat I would leave fair positive feedback on all sites.

However they were not willing to do so. I'm done.

I ordered from this company over one month ago. I received my order on 2/14, due to the Chinese New Year.

I emailed via the provided email address to inquire about my order, prior to actually receiving the order. I never received a response. After finally receiving the order, it was incomplete. I ordered 2 dresses and a jumpsuit (See the picture below).

I never received the jumpsuit nor did I receive an explanation as to why it was not sent. I, again, emailed this company and again....no response. Will NEVER order from this company again! What type of customer service is this?

I have never dealt with any company like this.

Poor service and poor quality clothing. Very disappointed.
