No one should shop this site. They are very bad business people. Last April, I tried to buy a dress, waited for 2 months, still didn't see the product. So I cancelled the order and asked for fully refund. Until today, they still haven't issued the refund. I emailed them many times via Service FashionMia (service@***.com) without hearing back from them. Finally, I got email from them, they still asked me to wait patiently for my refund. They still can't tell me when I will get my refund. I would never shop from them again ever. and you should not. The quality of their product were bad, they wouldn't look the same when you got them, the real product was usually shorter and smaller.

I ordered 6 dresses from fashionmia on the 21st of Sept, 2017, and I am still waiting to receive them. After 2 months and 2 weeks and several emails complaining to customer service, I received only ONE dress yesterday, that's after waiting for 2 months and 2 weeks for it to be delivered. I asked for a refund of my money but they refused, offering a $10 compensation. I am utterly angry with them. And would appreciate if any one could advise me on how to deal with them. The person who responded to my emails from customer service is called Sophia, who kept promising me every now and then, that I will receive the package within 10-12 days. A real rip off.

Fashionmia plays dumb every time you inquire about your problem. Just like their response here asking for the order number.

They already have all the info they need. It’s just their way of stringing the customer along, with no intentions of resolving the problem.

Hello, I am sorry to tell you this ... you won't get your money back at all.

I have been dealing with Mandy and some other people, they have not refunded me over $80 in 3 months. I have left several voice messages, sent emails every week.

They keep telling me this is resolved but there is no refund in my credit card statement. This company is fraud.

It is a real vicious circle with fashionmia.com, as every time they refer you to another person in what they call (customer service), in reality lacking any service: First my emails were answered by Sophia, then by Mandy, and now I am supposed to repeat the whole process of complaint to the above email to someone called Cherish??? what a waste of time.

Please don't and I repeat don't buy from fashionmia...this company is obviously a fraud cashing in innocent buyers money...stay away from them...

FashionMia was recently introduced to me by a friend and i decided to give it a go, well i must say i was left surprised by their unique products and the easy shopping experience. A few of the many positive points you should consider: 1. The site eases the shopping experience by categorizing products according to events of your choice such as brunch party or back to school. This saves plenty of time. 2. I shopped for sweaters mostly, and none of them turned out to be of cheap quality, they are soft on the skin and extremely comfortable. 3. One of few sites out there which dont leave out the plus sized ladies. I shopped for my mom(happens to be plus size) and she's super happy with the purchase. With tons of shopping sites out there , i can safely say FashionMia stands out owning to it user friendly approach to the shopping experience. You should give it a try!

As many of you here on this site, I kept seeing FashionMia's ads online which looked so enticing due to their good looking clothes and low prices. I've never ordered from an online Chinese company that sells clothing and, even if I knew in my guts that I was taking a risk, I happily piled items in the online cart, then proceeded to checkout.

Sure, the money was withdrawn from my Paypal faster than i can say done. I thought it would take a couple of weeks, if not 3 for the items to come from the other side of the planet. One month went by, I had to track down my order more than once a day to see what was going on. It was like drip by drip, the items took so long from the warehouse to the shipping center and then international transit to finally reach me.

Fast forward two months, I received the first of the items I had ordered and it was fine. Subsequently (and weeks later), I received my two dresses which are nothing like it is shown on the site, on the contrary, it looks botched and the quality is really bad. I had to cut strings left by what seems to me like a rush job or tailor-made. Now it was about 3 months (yes, I know my patience deserves an award) and I kept checking online about the two remaining items and it said that they were not available anymore?

I wrote to customer service asking to cancel them and get a refund to which they agreed. But only Lord knows the pain & problematic (and pathetic excuses) I'd receive. 15 emails and 2 months later, here I am and have reached my limit. I will report them to the anti-fraud center and better business bureau for such an incredible company with the very worst business practices I have ever seen in my lifetime!

From what I can see here, we're a huge group dealing with different problems but we can't just stay here and do nothing. I am still amazed it is still running and a massive legal action should be brought against them, if it hasn't already. To anyone who is drawn or tempted to purchase clothes from their site (and others who are similar), do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else where they do business fairly and intelligently. DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION MIA, they are really going to take away your fund$ and give you headaches and frustrate you.

Shopping with real companies who care about the quality, availability of products and offer excellent, caring customer service deserves your hard earned $. Save yourselves the trouble of it all and go elsewhere. Yes it might be pricier but trust me, losing time, energy and your emotions or feeling hurt is even more expensive. As I wrote these lines I got a response back from a CS rep who wrote that I've been put on an emergency status for refund and if I can wait 6 more days, like really girl?

Last time you said 20 days and there was still snow outside. Now it's the summer and I am not going to be waiting. Hope this helps you all and if you're dealing with this unprofessional, unethical, appalling company, I feel for you.

Don't give up and keep putting pressure! All the best to all!

This is more than an incovenience, it is a major problem with the way this company does business. I have forwarded you all the info (15 emails of back & forth non credible excuses).

So if i was asked 4 months ago to wait a few days to wait for refund, then that is not the truth?

I've already reported this case to the Better Business Bureau, Anti-Fraud Center and econsumer.gov.

Too bad it had to happen but hope it helps the many customers who had to experience and witness very poor and unprofessional business practice.

I did business with fashion mia twice both experiences were terrifying. The clothes are extremely smaller than the size advertised and quality is very poor. It’s impossible to return products.., in my opinion this sight should be banned for usage

I ordered a trousera and t-shirt for my wife on this site and the quality of products is good. The size and cloth quality are satisfying and she is happy to have it. It's something hurting because I have paid for it(kidding). Although, this is a good site as they have ample of categories you can choose from. I hope this would be carried out in future also to improve the reputation of this webstore. Being a happy customer I would recommend my friends and colleagues to give it a try. If you are looking out web to find some fatanstic clothes for your woman then this place might freeze your cursor to move ahead. There are lot of designs you can choose from. Thank you and good luck

Its has been more than 5 month that I order some dresses, its took them a lot to send me the order ,a month a half. When its finaly came its was awfull, the dresses were too small and very bad sewn, not the way is it show on their site. I sent evrything back to them, Im still waiting for them to send me my money back. Its been three month already. Everytime I wrote to them, it always a different person that write back to me, they think I dont know any better. Please never used this site Fashion Mia to order anyhthing this site is a ripp off.

Received two contacts from FashionMia providing me with a status on the shipment. I also received my dress within 3 days from post and it is exactly what I expected and wanted. Except for the shipping issue, I would order again in a heartbeat.

Really liked the clothes shown online. Thought I'd try them out and placed an order for a dress in August. After a month passed, I contacted customer service via email to inquire as to the status of the dress. I received response email telling me that it would be received within the 7-12 business days and hopefully sooner. Another month has passed and it's now the end of October. I haven't received anything. Sent another email but I didn't even receive a response this time. The Tracking number shows that the order was "processed." I'm wondering now if it really was shipped and if I'll ever receive it. Copy of Payment confirmation with description and Order # and link included here for reference.

I ORDERED CHRISTMAS GIFTS ON 12/08/17, I JUST RECEIVED ONLY 3 OUT OF THE 7 ITEMS I PURCHASED, I ALSO REQUESTED A REFUND BECAUSE SOME THINGS I ORDERED THEY DIDN'T HAVE, I HAVE YET TO GET MY REFUND BACK FOR ITEMS THEY DIDN'T HAVE AND I STILL DON'T HAVE ALL MY ITEMS. Fashionmia is a worse online business. I placed an order three weeks ago with the 7days arrival.

Until today I haven't received any of my order in which I need for a business trip. When I tried calling it went straight to the voicemail. (Awful & very bad business) I sent an email that I haven't receive my order. I order things online from other company's and I had never had to worry about my arrival date.

Now that I am experiencing this I'm not sure if I would use fashionmia again. I give no star for fuckermia/fashionmia.

I ordered 5 dresses from Fashionmia. I received 2, that were too small. When I inquired about the other 3, I was told they were not in stock. I sent to 2 dresses back, and asked for a full refund of $130.92 for all 5 dresses. I was told it would take 10-15 days. It has been over 6 weeks, and I have not received anything. I have emailed numerous times, only to get a different excuse each time of why it is taking so long. I was even told asked if I wanted a Target gift card instead. I have seen MANY experiences of others just like mine online, people who are frustrated and want their refunds. I wish I had seen them before I ordered :( This company has stolen money from me and countless others, and needs to be held accountable. I am so tired of the run around with this company and upset that they have scammed and refused to give refunds to so many people.

This is the same crap email I’ve been dealing with for over 6 weeks. I have already given you all the info you need in corresponding emails over and over again. I just want an email from you saying my refund has been issued and I see the money in my bank account.

No Merchandise; Not Credit to my Card

Been contacting Angela from FashionMia - never received merchandise ordered the last week of December. Sent messages merchandise not received - where is it - NO response. So after a week I emailed and said no merchandise - no response - CANCEL my order - and CREDIT my card and send me a CREDIT confirmation. No credit issued or sent to me. This has been going on for a month. A few days ago Angela stated my CREDIT is in the Wallet? WHOSE WALLET?? A CREDIT goes back to your credit card - so now she is saying to give 25-45 working days for the CREDIT. Oh *** NO - this is FRAUD and I am writing to the BBB and Attorney General and everyone else should do the same because this is a fraudulent business. If you try to reach the Resolution Center - there is no department.
