Very poor return policy

I have asked to cancel my order, and was told that it takes 30 t days for a refund on my credit card, due to finance department excuse. Please do not order from this company , the quality of the products is very poor and they do not refund . Here is their response B222**** Dear customer, Thanks for your kind understanding. You can use it before 2018-05-30 If it is invalid, please tell us your order number before you make the payment then we can help you use the coupon, then you just need to pay the balance. Fashion Mia has finally submitted my refund. I am still disappointed with the difficulty in getting the refund processed.

They only processed it after my review. Just prior to my review, they said that I would have to wait another 30 days this was after waiting over 30 days already.

After my review, they processed it within a few days. If I had not written a this review, I would not have received my refund.

I was sent damaged merchandise. I returned with tracking number. They received but never refunded. It has been over a month. I reported to my bank. Terrible company to work with. One of my emails below: Mandy: I do not understand you and your company. I made it very clear that I want a "REFUND". I made it clear that I was not happy with your merchandise. The quality is very poor as you could see from the photos and the returned items. You received the returned merchandise on January 12, 2018 and I am only, just now, hearing back from you only after I inquired again about a refund I should have received long ago. Not receiving merchandise nor money returned

I ordered a dress from them in December, 2017, never did hear from them so I chatted on line with a "Sophia" who claimed the dress wAS NOW NOT AVAILABLE AND FOR ME TO SELECT another dress , I reordered a dress that was a little lower in price than the original one, and then I foolishly ordered another coat in one order and another order totaling 79.00+. I have not received not one thing and it's in the middle of March now!!!! No one answers the phone number given out, no one answers e-mails. So the dress I wanted for Christmas, I haven't gotten it yet, and the coats for Easter, haven't gotten that either =. Amount paid out, approx. 150.00

I ordered B217**** in Dec., out of stock, so reordered another dress now, that's out of stock too, ordered B221**** on 2/5, and finally and I might say, foolishly, I ordered B2222*** *n 2/8! Got e-mails stating they are ALL out of stock on 3/9!

Really!!??

I am not willing to try a third time for this. I cannot afford for your company to be holding my money and I haven't received any merchandise nor refunds back, so I am requesting refund of all my monies spent sent directly to me as soon as possible

Great up until now

I have gotten some great cloths from them, would take a month to get but I would get them. This order, 6 dresses have not arrived and it's been over a month, no live person to talk to, no e mail reply, I'm starting to think I'll be out of this money, horrible how they will not even get back to you. The numbers that they have to reach them no one ever answers. There was also a dress that I ordered Jan 5th 2018 and the entire order came except that dress an it still has not arrived, on the app it says shipped but on the website it says it's not yet shipped so this is why I am thinking it's possible that I may never get this entire order that I last ordered.

I bought some items from Fashionmia since October last year 2017 and I used PayPal to pay them. I did request a refund after I spent $197 and noticed that almost all the items were not good for me and they asked me not to return them... and told me they would refund $40. Up till now they still haven't refunded it even though they told me they would refund it this is March (after I was assured they would make a refund way before now. Today they sent another reply after I had sent them an email asking for no refund again. In their reply, they said April. They keep deceiving me; postponing my refund. Please, can someone help me get all my money back? I have gone through a lot with this company and I don't want their clothes and low quality accessories anymore.

I placed an order for four items since November 2017, i still have not received my product. I need help. This is approximately $100.00 worth of product. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach their customer service but spoke with their rep named Kitty. I still have not received my order. My credit card was charged but no products. I have never seen a company like this. Obviously this is a scam. I have been seriously worried if this company is real. They actually do not care about their customers. All they care about is collecting peoples' money. I should be getting my products and not having to search for it. I am very angry. No one should have to go through this headache. I work too hard for my money.

Bad Fraud Company/ Beware!!!

Merchandise poor quality, way too small. Their so called customer service is ABSOLUTELY Non Existing... The website is a joke, it wont attack images and the security code wont accept, so you cant send email request to exchange or refund. No what u try that wont work. The phone numbers I found on the internet is a joke. They dont pick up, one has no message leavind service and the one that does sont call back. Plus they dont say what company your calling. What kind of mess is that. They need to be sgut down.

You'll wait a looooong time

I have posted previously and it appears that they respond to entries posted here but then do NOT follow up with action. My order, B218****, was placed 6th January, then cancelled due to delay and I am waiting . . . .. and waiting . . . and waiting for refund. Here's what I just sent them - they say reply within 24 hours - we'll see - live chat still not available - it was when I placed order - here's what I just wrote: "When can I expect to see the refund you say you have paid - according to the order page? Chinese New Year now over - some action please. 81€18 back into my bank account as soon as possible." So, perhaps most importantly, they took the money but did not despatch the goods.

In spite of a third entry on this website (this is the second) AND yet another mail saying I would get a refund nothing has materialised - so 3 promises - all empty apparently. I can't understand why they maintain this charade of normal retail behaviour.

My order was cancelled before despatch - so no goods changed hands and they just keep my money - 81 Euros.

Far easier to make money by not giving refunds than actually trying to make a profit by selling cheap clothing. They must be laughing all the way to the bank.Oh how I wish I could leave feedback that says my money has been refunded and issue resolved.

Should have read the reviews before ordering

When I placed my order the shipping information said it would be here within 5-8 business days. I then received an e-mail saying shipping was delayed because of Chinese New Year, so it would be shipped between February 22 and March 1, 2018. My credit card has already been charged for the item, and paid for. Reviews say it has taken several months to get any item and the quality is poor. Sending an item back to China through the mail would cost more than the item is worth. I'd say they have a scam going here and I will not buy anything else from this company, even though the items they sell look so nice. Good luck to those who still wish to purchase anything from this company.
