Bad i have not received my orderds after more than 4 months
from in December and January and they draw $124 dollars out of my account and all now I haven't received none of my order I call so many times no one answers my address is 3407 Julius Estates Blvd winter Haven Florida 33881 I don't know if they sent it to a different address and if they do am not responsible for that for I sent my addresss shippingB217**** 2018/8 03 LS 4749****cn B217**** 2018/1/2 B194878 ****9845 am tried of calling am very disappointed after I told so much of my church people about this company can I have back my money for I have not received none of my order Or please let me have my order .please cheack it out for me tried to call no answer check it out for I have to pay back people for they give me their money to order for them what can I tell them . u guys have done a bad job check your orders that come and the address you sent it to for most of the times you don't check out the address if they change and I know u guys have aform stating that if your address change sign in and I know I did that .So please check your records and u will know if you sent it to the right place, For ihaven receive any thing my old address used to be 1838 manor drive union New Jersey 07083 and I have move from that address from last year July And I place my order when I mve and all now it a shame for a company to treat people who support them that way .

Fraudulent ads and fraud online retailer
In December of 2016, I ordered a dress and a blouse and paid through a credit card. Company sent confirmation of order same day. Stated shipment would take 7-10 business days. Received email a month later that one item was not available but other item had shipped. I asked to cancel entire order, was informed that one item was already in transit. Customer service said they would credit me for the one item that was not shipped. After one month and a couple weeks, I received what was suppose to be a dress. This item resembled a paper thin long straight T-shirt, nothing like the image shown. I contacted CS at FashionMia and shipped the dress back within a day. I confirmed with Postal Service that the item was received. I paid to ship it back. This transaction took place in December of 2017. It is April 17th 2018 and I have yet to receive a refund. Best advice, do not buy from FashionMia, report purchase to your bank and report to https://www.econsumer.gov

Don't order with FMia. They won't refund/only debit account for a cancelled item
I placed an order for several pieces of clothing in early March 2018. Several weeks passed. No clothes, but I was told one item was out of stock. I said I would like a refund instead of the item. They said we will just debit your account. I tried to call customer service via google search because it's not on their website. It went to voicemail and told me to leave a message and my call would be returned. Well, surprise, surprise. No return call after 10 days. This is a bad bad company. Do not order from them! I will never order from them again. There is no customer service. The email they replied to was just to placate me. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Sleazt clothes, sleazier service
Sleazy clothes, sleazier business practices. Waited a long time, poor quality fabrics, //////crooked seams, threads everywhere. Returned 4 of 5 dresses, in December. That is when the real misery started. They make you photograph each garment. I did that, and the packaging, and the addressed envelope. After a few months they acknowledged receipt and promised me my refund. It is now April. Still waiting. At some month after they promised my refund, I lost the USPS receipt. So when I finally filed a PayPal dispute, I could no longer produce it. I sent Paypal the emails from them saying they had received the returns and promising me the refund. And the pictures of the items and the package. They would not accept anything but the mail receipt. I have searched. Still hope it will probably turn up eventually. But I email them monthly and they always acknowledge the refund is pending and I will get it eventually. So now I will cover the internet with warnings DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FASHIONMIA. It is not worth the money or the aggravation. Johanna

Absolutely disgusting service.
I ordered 3 dresses in November of 2017, all dresses were too small, I Ihad to return them to the USA, I paid for the shipping, I waited over a month no refund, got in touch they asked me to send proof of postage which I did, still no refund after several e mails, I was asked to send a copy of my passport to prove I haven't already had my refund, since when do you have to do this, I've just read some of the reviews and wish I' read them before I bought the dresses.I'm still going to try for my refund, how can they get away with this, they are taking money off people left right and centre, it shouldn't be allowed to happen.

Amazing clothes collection! You can find something for any occasion. I found an amazing dress and it feels like it was tailor-made for me. Gorgeous, unique selection and outstanding customer service. Yes I tried to contact them. You can't get through to them. They don't accept my email which I had forever. So, I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't work plus the buttons are falling off. There's no way to return it. These people are horrible.
