I really recomend it and Very satisfied
I've had a great shopping experience in Fashionmia. In this opportunity I have bought a dress and hat , and i'm surprised about their quality. I purchased 2 shoes too, but i had to ask for a refund. It was easy and fast, and people who attended my problem were kind and helpfull. They have very low prices compared to those of my country, and the time i've had to wait to receive the order was just what i expected. "I had a great experience with Fashionmia online store. I ordered some items from Fashionmia site ( clothes, shoes, accessories.. ), and I must say that I was very happy when my order arrived. The products are wonderful, they have great quality for low price, I didn't have any problems with size ( measurements presented on the site are true ). The shipping for my country Bosnia and Herzegovina took about 2 weeks to arrive and it`s ok for me. Communication with the Fashionmia service was excellent. They are very kind, and I've received answer on every my question. I really don`t have any bad comments to say.

I'm Hooked!
For any kind of shopping I'm on the lookout for the whole experience - right style, right price, right customer service! I shopped for the first time on Fashionmia and I was very pleased with the items I got delivered, but unfortunately a couple of items didn't fit properly, that made me sad! I contacted Fashionmia customer service via email, and not one but two people were kind enough to follow up! They were also very thorough in their explanation and the tone of their email very warm and polite. They treated me like a valued fri end; and though I couldn't return the items due to the high shipping cost, they offered me store credit for other items to compensate for the huuuuuuge inconvenience! Right products, right price, right customer service I'm hooked!

Simple transactions of broad range of products
I have purchased 15 delivered items on Fashionmia , and the process has been mostly without issue. I have bought products from various countries, including Australia, the US, and the UK, and have received all items. I have another 4 items waiting to be sent from the US at the moment. The only hiccup I have had was with one of my US purchases where the items came in seven separate packages (the second one arriving today by surprise) and I wasn't notified (and thus thought part of my purchase was missing). In this instance, however, it was easy t o contact the team (via Contact Us), and I received a response within 24 hours. The delivery of the items is usually simple. I have organised to have my packages dropped off at my front door or in my letterbox rather than dropped at the post office, which has been extremely convenient for me. I will continue to happily use this site.

My preferred online store
I shop regularly on Fashionmia and find it to be quite reliable with a good mix of products. I love that I can access products and brands not readily available in the shops. I also subscribe to a variety of other online shopping services such as catch of the day and brands exclusive but find the ozsale website easiest to navigate and the flat rate shipping along with the selected free delivery sales most appealing. I tend to purchase accessories such as ties and belts for my husband. Have not ventured into buying clothes for myself as unlike Asos, the return policy on ill fitting clothing/change of minds is very iffy.. they tell you to call up a certain number.. and I don't want the hassle. It would be nice if they rewarded loyal customers but unfortunately nothing like that. It would provide greater incentive to continue shopping with Fashionmia in this very competitive online market.

Easy to navigate and shop!
I am not very good at knowing which products were good, but the web site is so easy to navigate! By pressing the "best seller" display option, and filtering for brands from different countries and recommended products, it was so easy and helpful to know which products were popular and good. There were also many reviews for these products, which made my judgement easier when it came to choosing products. The website is so helpful and there are always sales, discounts and promotions going on, which makes it fun to browse the website and try to get freebies! Would definitely come and shop again!

I've made a few order already and I have to say I am really impressed with the products and service of Fashionmia. The website is easy to navigate, the layout is simple and easy ti follow and the instructions of purchase is clear. Most of the products here are affordable and they always have sales going on too. There is a lot of different styles of items whether it be clothing or accessories, there is a good variety of each. I also like how they have a good review system where customers can comment and inform future buyers of the item. By reading their reviews is really helpful in making a purchase. I have yet to be disappointed because so far I'm pleased with all my clothes I've bought here. It's become my go to online shopping store for clothing.

Would recommend!!
I am extremely pale and I finally found products that match or come very close to my skin colour or compliment it well. I have used this site several times and I can say I would go here every time for beauty products (etude house, innisfree and tony moly in particular), Disclaimer I have only bought makeup not clothing from here but its cheap, quick and authentic. I fell in love with many products and would recommend you try some, it's very good quality and affordable, they have free shipping over certain amounts and ship world wide, its hard for me to get these products anywhere else (I've tried!)

Unique finds that are worth the price!
The order process is almost flawless and very easy to navigate. I bought all my items online. Purchasing from these types of website where the sellers are usually overseas (China, Korean etc.) you do have to keep in mind quality and sizing. I'm usually an Australian 8-10 (Womens) but when ordering off Fashionmia, I opt for the larger size. I really do recommend that. In regards to delivery time, it was ... timely. I expected a long wait, but everything came a little earlier than expected. Everything came packaged nicely and items were pretty much the same as the picture. Overall, I do recommend Fashionmia, I've just placed my second order! Cheers to more!

Superb Customer Service!
Love how this store handled my complaint! I bought a dress a month ago to wear to my cousin's wedding. The site gave an estimate as to when I'll receive the dress (by 22nd-25th of Feb - ordered on Feb 9th) and the purchase has been made! Long story-short, I wore a different gown and the dress got shipped out of the US but got lost somewhere in between US and SG. Naturally I complained and within a few hours Fashionmia got back to me with a few options to take. In the end I opted for a refund and Fashionmia processed it ever so promptly. I'll definitely order from them again as I had a good experience with their team.

One of the best blogshops I've bought
Adorable designs - trendy, girly and chiq, Prices are pretty reasonable (S$15-40) for most items,Quality was good for the price, Would totally buy from them again, If you're unsure if you like the item online, you can always visit their brick-and-mortar stores around Singapore to try them on first. Delivery took more than three days (as per sing post's delivery instructions). I only got the dress after 5 days, Sizing is pretty small and many of the items there are free size :( , I noticed that my friend had bought the same dress haha (very popular site so you can expect to see other women wearing your same dress)

Good for those on a budget!
I love their designs, they are quirky, unique and has a variety of colours. :) The pricing is pretty reasonable as well ($15 - $40), and they have a budget range - expensive range. So it does fits all ranges I guess. :) Their quality of the clothes matches the price you are paying for. So I guess for a $15 top/dress, the quality is still pretty alright. Not too sure for the more expensive ones. Love the big variety on SALE designs that they have - makes sure that you get a pretty good deal even though you are on a budget. Great customer service, reply email very quickly. Will try shopping from them again. :) :) :)

Multiple sizes, quality was good
On my second attempt at Fashionmia, I was pleasantly surprised! After returning a couple of items from the first time, I wanted to use the credit voucher before it expired. (Note: their credit vouchers expire after 1 month but if you email them, they can extend for another 6 months). I bought a High-Low Bowknot Tribal Printed Flared Maxi S with a lovely jungle print on it for $28.95. Delivery was within 7 days and the skirt was identical to the advertised picture. The print and colours were strong, the size (I bought L because I recall their sizings are pretty small), and the overall quality was good. Really happy with my purchase and would likely buy from them again.

Anonymous you are totally right about that comment you wrote. I read up threw a site that they have investigated the comments and complaints on Fashion Mia's web site . They have found many false reports and comments from Fashion Mia's site that they have removed and will continue to investigate as they are receiving thousands of complaints from very upset customers.
