Same happened to me $140 down the drain. Received one dress of five it was poorly made.

Still haven't received a refund going on since September now. They email me back with excuse after excuse why there is no refund yet.

Have you ever heard of a company whos policy takes over 30 days to organize a refund!! It is nearly 40 days and no money.

Oh and if they think we believe their positive reviews are real they are kidding themselves, you can tell its them by the poor english.

The worse place to do business

Its has been more than 5 month that I order some dresses, its took them a lot to send me the order ,a month a half. When its finaly came its was awfull, the dresses were too small and very bad sewn, not the way is it show on their site. I sent evrything back to them, Im still waiting for them to send me my money back. Its been three month already. Everytime I wrote to them, it always a different person that write back to me, they think I dont know any better. Please never used this site Fashion Mia to order anyhthing this site is a ripp off.

Stay away from this website

It has been over a month since i ordered clothes from fashionmia. Charged my credit card right away and no delivery of the goods still. Wish I had done some research on them before ordering. My mistake. Checked for status after 15 days and got an email saying order is being processed and as it comes from Hong Kong it takes time. There was no mention of that on the website, else I would have never ordered. Multiple emails requesting to cancel my order have fallen on deaf ears. No response or acknowledgement. Stay away - DO NOT BUY FROM FASHIONMIA

I want my refund!

So far I have waited 4 weeks for my refund. Fashionmia acknowledged receipt of my return and originally said it would take 15 - 25 days to action, I'm still waiting and they have stopped communicating with me. I will never deal with them again and I urge everyone else to steer clear. I feel I've been duped.

Worst experience ever, never buy anything from Fashionmia

I ordered 3 items on 7/12. Only one item was shipped to me on 8/9. It took almost one month. Their shipment information online is a lie. Never trust it. The item was very poor quality. The other 2 items were not ready to deliver at all. They canceled them. And agreed to give me refund. I have been dealing the refund for these 2 items since middle of July with their customer service. They have been lied all the times, used all kinds of excuse not to refund me. I even did not talk about the poor item I received. I was afraid if I returned, I paid shipping but never got refund. Until 10/12/17, they still did not give me the refund. I had to contact Paypal, Paypal contacted them on behalf of me, I got my refund for the 2 items immediately. What a joke. As customer, I contacted them for 2 months to get my refund, they did not. When paypal got involved, they could do it right away. I wanted to get my refund for that poor quality item, but paypal only could do it if I shipped it back to its registered address on paypal which is in China. The item costs $26 something. It is not worth to ship it back which will cost more than that. FashionMia has a local address in USA for returning. However I can not trust them any more, If I return my item to the local address, I won't get my refund. So please never never buy things from FashionMia. You will lose your money. The worst thing is to waste your time to deal with them and let them manipulate and play game.

The response is not saying refunding me now instead asking me to close the dispute I opened in Paypal first. Then talking about refund. I am speechless. I have been talking to FashionMia for refund more than 2 months before I opened dispute.

FashionMia did not refund me. With PayPal's help, I got partial refund. If you really want to make effort, you should refund me first not asking me close the dispute. If you really want to refund me, do it not just saying we will do.

If you really do it, I will come back to update the comments here. But I doubt you will do. You just want to play another game. I am sorry, I don't want to waste time with you any more.

If you don't want to refund, I lose $27.

I will take the loss. But thanks to today's social media, I will share my experience as many people as I can so they don't get through this any more and lose money, waste time like me.

Don't shop at Fashionmia.com!!!! The company is a Rip-Off

I bought some new clothes from the website Fashionmia.com. I received all except on of the items I purchased. The sizes were all off and the clothes were of poor quality. I emailed the company for a refund. I was sent a RMA number to return the items: I mailed the items back through priority mail and paid for delivery confirmation. Weeks later I inquired and was told they had not received. I checked after a month had passed the company stated they had not received my return. This back and forth with them went on for months. Finally the company said in June they would send me a refund to my original form of payment. I had to first have them items listed as a merchandise credit on my account and after this is done I can request a full monetary credit back to my original form of payment. The merchandise credit appeared and I requested the money be sent back to my credit account. I has been well over four months and the money has not be credit to my account. I keep emailing them back and Kitty (customer service representative) keeps stating it is taking longer than normal for refunds to be processed. We will return your money as soon as possible. I am not sure was soon as possible means to them. It has been almost a year since I placed the original order and I still haven't received a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a total rip-off.

I had similar experience! Ordered two dresses (same dress, two sizes) that were awful and nothing like the website description/pictures.

Paid nearly $7 to ship items back and they have had my items for several weeks. Told they would't refund shipping costs (paid for expedited but still arrived too late for our event) even though their return/refund policy doesn't state this is the case. Weeks later, money has been "withdrawn" from "My Wallet" (their ridiculous refund method which is basically store credit) but no refund showing up in my Paypal account. Getting lots of excuses despite numerous emails and online chats.

Terrible customer service -- sound very apologetic but indicate there is nothing they can do to help me. They are very shady!

DO NOT ORDER from this company! Don't believe the positive reviews!!!

Still waiting for a refund

I returned a dress two months ago and still haven't received my refund. Never buying from this site again, I think i've lost my money and will never see it again.. I also had do spend my own money to return the dress from Canada to the U.S. I don't receive an answer from my emails until many, many days later..customer service is very poor, sorry I have tried to be patient and courteous but now that patience and courtesy is gone, do not recommend this web site. I have informed my friends, family and co-workers that this is not a trusted site, perhaps a scam to take your money.

I order from fashionmia and the quality of the items were horrible and i returned the item and they received them on march /, 2017 as of today's date 5/13/17 i still have not gotten my refund. I have emailed "Mandy" customer service at least 6 times without reply and 1 reply saying a refund will be issued.

i have informed all friend and family NEVER to purchase from them.

I'm doing as many review i can to let others know how HORRIBLE this online store is and i have completed a BBB complaint against them. i will also be filing a law suite against them for my refund.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

This place refuses to credit your return. I returned an item months ago and had some email correspondence about the return where they said they would only be able to give me half the money back, because I didn't have the mail tracking number.

There were instructions in the returned package as to what order it was and to credit my account. They never credited my account, not even for the half they promised. Now they refuse to answer any email I send to them.

The experience with this company is terrible.

And I'm out all my money. BEWARE BEWARE!
