think this company has the worst customer service,I have sent numeroius emails about my order that was made on 3/24/18 have not received my order was asked to pay more shipping fees,and they will not refund my money .horriable company do not order from this company!

Great place with trendy styles! I love that you won't run into other people wearing the same thing because they only stock a few of each item and never get in duplicates. Perfect if you are looking for something unique for a casual event. Absolutely loved this shop....

Fashionmia, do I have to beg for my money? (DAY 1)
Ok, Fashionmia, you like to play? Good! You'll hear from me every single day, until you'll do the right thing. I bought 4 horrible dresses from you on December (see pictures). On May 28, you wrote that you ''surely will help (me) solve the problem.'' Then you added: ''We fully understand the situation, and we admit it's our mistake, please accept our sincere apology to you. We will mark your refund as urgent, our financial department will process your refund in first priority.'' One week later, nothing!!! The usual nothing. Don't you have any shame, any moral compass? Do I have to beg for my money? Do I have to write you every single day to ask for something you owe me? Do I have to remind you every single day the horror you sent me 6 MONTH ago? Do I have to remind you that you got 160$ from me and I got nothing from you? Do I have to remind you every single day how immoral, how despicable, how low this is? You promised to do the right thing. Do it! Give me a day, a specific day when your ''financial department'' will send back my money via PayPal. You have everything you need to transfer my money.

What an amazing online store that I'd never seen before. SUCH a cute, clean and organized store. loved all of the items they carry. They have a fine selection of random items. Lots of great clothes for both men and women, blankets, jewelry, etc. etc. to choose from. i bought a blue and white striped fisherman's shirt that i basically wear every single day. i love it a little too much. this website is just get better and better! So many beautiful things to look at! This is the type of store i need to see more of.. It's perfect. Small, focused, and to the point. Definitely need to swing by here again to browse for more fun items!

FASHIONMIA I never received my order
I ordered one dress (as a test) on 21 January 2018. Today is 5 June, and I still have not received my dress. Of course my payment went through immediately. Tracking kept saying "in progress", and now has switched to a question mark. Because I work so much, I have very limited time to deal with dishonest merchants. I did try to call them, but they are impossible to reach. Now I have sent out an email, and checked the Better Business Bureau for information. However, this company seems to be based in China, so I guess they don't care about good business, they just care about receiving our American money. This is pure theft. If I do not hear from them, I am going to write to the Chinese Ambassador to the USA. I know that the Chinese have pride in themselves and their country, he might do something about this.

No clothes received, no response to queries
I made my order for dresses 15 days ago, they have taken my money from my PayPal account and the goods are reported to be still processing. I've had no response to a phone call or repeated emails. I would not order with them again. I am also concerned that I will have problems with returns either because the time to return is passed by the time I get the goods or that it will be impossible to get a response. What is this requirement for 100 words of details? I feel I have adequately described my situation so why put in more words? Word word word word word word word word word word word word

My order # is B211****. The quality was not good and I returned it in Dec. 2017. It was received in your Walnut, CA location on Dec. 27th at 3:14 pm and signed for by David. I am due a credit of $89 plus the $31.00 ups return shipping. Your people do not seem to understand the above. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT CHINESE NEW YEAR CAUING DELAY AND THE BACK LOG OF ORDERS. Love this online store! I must say the owner/director has incredible fashion sense and stocks store with timeless pieces. I found here almost everything - work, casual, dressy, and all accessories, really love the jewelry right now. I have only bought items that I love. I want all of the jewelry and they are now selling super cute backpacks too! If you seek a well curated closet that boasts good quality and design, shop at fashoinmia. I saw things that were great and not really available at other stores. I am thrilled with their collections, I LOVED all the pieces on displayed on the website Absolutely a Lovely online store, and great customer service.
