Cheaters and Crooks!

I bought some items which did not look like the picture and did not fit either. I asked for a refund and provided all the necessary documentation including the tracking number and receipt of delivery of items back to them. They responded to my emails saying it will take 4 weeks for a refund. Few weeks past 4 I wrote again and was told it will take time and the refund is guaranteed and I should get it in the week of Feb 20th. I wrote again this past week and I have got NO response at all. Threats don't work either. So now, I neither have my money nor the items purchased. A bunch of crooks operating out of Hong Kong. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The items take forever to reach you too!

Be patient when you place an order

there should be ZERO star rating NOT 3 as shown. The chat was polite and appeared helpful but nothing happened as a result of the live CHAT - currently not available.

I placed an order early January but the goods did not come within the promised time scale - I didn't even get a mail saying they'd been despatched. So I went on 24 hour chat. I was told there were delays due to volume of orders. VERY pleasing result - the order was cancelled at my request. It says repayment within 15-25 days. That was 18th January. I still haven't received it. Oh . . . and the 'chat' disappeared - I sent a mail recently but received no form of acknowledgement - so I'll just have to write off 81$?? I do hope not as I'm on a tight budget - hence even placing the order with this company, OR perhaps as it says on their site - they've closed for Chinese New Year - Feb 16th. I prefer to deal with companies that take the money when they despatch the goods and not before.

.I have had no reply to request for confirmation that money would be paid into my bank account and it certainly has not been yet - so I don't know why they wrote 'refunded' on my order details. To Fashionmia - perhaps you can let me know what's going on.

Six weeks and have not received my merchandise

I ordered merchandise from Fashion Mia 6 weeks ago. I contacted customer service 2 weeks ago asking where is my merchandise? They said my merchandise was shipped and supplied me a tracking number. I has been 2 weeks and the tracking number is invalid.

Extremely poor customer service - have not refunded USD130.60 even after 2 confirmations of refund processing

FashionMia has an EXTREMELY poor customer service, and as I've come to realize really suspicious Finance department. Sharing my experience to show how dubious the full payment refund process is. Context: I had cancelled an order on Dec 6th and was supposed to get a refund of USD130.60. I have not had the amount refunded yet, and its been over 2 months! Here's what is happening. 1. When you get a refund, they "quietly" put it in the FashionMia wallet rather than sent it back to the credit/debit card you paid from. There is no option provided, so you don't have a choice! 2. To transfer the money from the Wallet to your credit card, the only option is to raise an offline ticket. When I talked to customer service (on chat), they said the only way to process this is the offline ticket. 3. Someone (named Mandy) replied to my ticket (promptly enough) and confirmed on Dec 27th that the refund has been processed, and that I should see it returned in 10-15 days 4. I waited a month and nothing came through - so I contacted customer service (chat) on Jan 21st again asking about the status - the customer service lady (named Cora) said nothing has been processed yet, and that she will NOW initiate the refund. Note: I tried telling her I have written confirmation of the processing from Dec 27th, but she completely ignored that. 5. Same as before, Cora said I should get my money in 10-15 days; of course its been nearly a month again, and there's no sign of the refund. FashionMia - please immediately look into the matter and check what's going on? This is my third attempt that getting my refund processed!!! And goes without saying, I've raised a ticket a 3rd time now!!! FashionMia customers - please book your order very very carefully. If you need to cancel and expect a refund - heaven knows if and when you'd get anything back!!!!

Absolutely terrible

I placed an order with this company over a year and a half ago, after seeing some really pretty looking dresses on their website - unfortunately I did not search the web for reviews prior to that. The order arrived, but the look and feel of the dresses in it had a very faint resemblance with the photos on the site. Very cheap, thin fabric, which clinged to your body through electrostatics, and contrary to the pretty images onine, no shape and weight to them. I tried them on, took photos and sent them to Fashionmia, in a 'before and after' manner, the website photo next to the photo of the dress they actually sent. They admitted it was not right, and agreed to a small refund. Which in spite of several reminders over the elapsed time I never got. The last correspondence required me to apply for a Target Credit Card that they could pay to - seriously? Apply for a special card just for that? They were happy to accept paypal to pay them, why does that only work one way? Very very bad quality and terrible customer service- stay away!

Didn't receive all of my items and they won't respond to my emails

I didn't receive all of my items, I have filled out two tickets, none of which have been responded to. Tried to call but it goes to voicemail. I would like to return some clothes but when you can't get anyone to respond, its hard to know the protocol. The clothes are cheaply made and really really small. Some of the dresses fit okay, others did not. Blazers I bought were way too small and I ordered an XXL (normally size 10) I ordered a dress, a blazer and a cardigan that I have yet to receive. I would not give this place 1 star because the customer service is awful!

Are you aware that an online company called FashionMia (www.fashionmia.com) whom allows customers to use PayPal to pay for their purchases is a company that lies, steals, and cheats people out of money? I have been such a customer. Here is my Fashionmia experience:

I ordered 5 dresses from Fashionmia. I received 2, which were too small.

When I inquired about the other 3, I was told they were not in stock.

I sent to 2 dresses back, and asked for a full refund of $130.92 for all 5 dresses. I was told it would take 10-15 days. It has been over 6 weeks, and I have not received anything.

I have emailed numerous times, only to get a different excuse each time of why it is taking so long. I was even told asked if I wanted a Target gift card instead.

I have seen MANY experiences of others just like mine online, people who are frustrated and want their refunds. I wish I had seen them before I ordered :( This company has stolen money from me and countless others, and needs to be held accountable. Fraud complaint will be done Nov. 22, 2017. 6. I ordered 6 dresses from fashionmia on the 21st of Sept 2017, and I am still waiting to receive them.

After 2 months and 2 weeks and several emails complaining to customer service, I received only ONE dress yesterday, that's after waiting for 2 months and 2 weeks for it to be delivered. I asked for a refund of my money but they refused, offering a $10 compensation. I am utterly angry with them. And would appreciate if any one could advise me on how to deal with them.

7. I placed an order back in July with several items; most of them didn't fit as the sizes run too small. I returned 6 items and asked for a refund to my credit card. The company acknowledged receipt of the items.

Instead of refunding to my credit card they added the money to my wallet. After several emails and messages through the website Mandy finally responded on September 2nd indicating she was going to request the money being refunded to my credit card within 7-9 days. Today is November 13th and they have not refunded me!!!!! I have sent emails every week, completed several disputes and sent several emails through their website.

I found a phone number on a website, called today and no one answers!!!! The call was sent to a voice mail. This company is such a scam! They owe me over $80 dollars.

I shouldn't be contacting them every single week to get MY money back. Worst part is that they took my money from my wallet and they have not refunded my credit card. This is completely ridiculous. I am still waiting from someone to call me back or reply to my emails.

4 months is completely absurd. There is nothing serious about this company. I don't recommend this company to anybody. Review about: Fashionmia Skirt.

Fashionmia is a company that I would not want representing my name.

They are putting a bad name to PayPal, as your logo is listed at the bottom of the Fashionmia.com website. Please reconsider-doing business with them. They are liars, thieves, scammers and fraudulent.

You are a better company than that and can send them a message that what they are doing to their customers is NOT OK! Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
