Great service
really like Fashionmia. I have already been able to purchase some cute and unique dresses from the site. The website is very user friendly and allows me to shop on the go. The discounts are never seen anywhere else for those lovely dresses. I will buy and recommend a lot more for my daughter and her friends too! I am very pleased with everything so far. I look forward to seeing what is new every day! I've had an item arrive wrong size and one email to customer service is willing to correct it. Their customer service is extremely nice and helpful and is appreciated.

Sizing is not the same for the different items
Placed an order March 14 during the new year, so I knew it would take longer. Got it April 5th, so about 3 weeks. I liked how neatly everything was packaged. The only negative on the size is that clothing for juniors in the US is normally the same height as it is for women whereas these juniors are probably for teens so the t-shirts will not sit on me the way they do the model. One of the dresses that looked more professional is too sheer to wear in an office. The other dress, a casual/party look actually has lining. Oddly, the dresses are adult height, so fit properly. I won't attempt a return since the cost of the clothing was so low. I wasn't dumb enough to order anything important on the first go around so I can count this as a lesson learned.

I was so disappointed with the dress I ordered for my daughter!!! Didn't look anything like the picture, looked as though it came from a sweat shop! Did it? I apologize and will never order another product from this site again! the dress was tattered, had no hems on it. literally frayed edges. Yes you get what you pay for... should have known better. I have another item still to arrive.. god forbid I should be more excited. all I know now is so many days until a wedding and no further on great outfits.

Excuse me! FAshion Mia is FABULOUS !
It is upsetting to read all these negative reviews. I am also a customer, but fully realize when you order from Asia, the sizes will be ASIAN!!!! This is a dah discovery. Plus everything I have ordered (several orders) have all been surprisingly better than I had expected. In addition, when I had questions, I emailed them and got a prompt reply and excellent customer service. Have any of you ever mailed anything to Asia? You surely know how long it takes. My orders also took a few weeks, but I am aware of this from foreign countries. Just realize that things are different outside of America. I love this store.

A smooth experience
Was a bit skeptical before ordering but the entire experience with the company has been excellent from their customer service to the product quality. Their prices are very good and the shipping is timely as well. The item is exactly as described. The color, design and fit are also really nice. The item measured well and the size was just right. Don't know about the others but from experience can say that this site delivers and has the potential to grow even more.

Love this company. I ordered 4 coats for $90.00.
I was skeptical at first that the quality would not be good. One of the coats I received would have cost me $90.00. I feel like I got 3 coats for free. I gave one to my girlfriend.
She loved it and could not believe what I paid for it. I will say the sizes do run small so order the next size up.

Great Customer Services. Love the quick response. My items were shipped to the wrong location and sent back for whatever reason. Fashionmia was quick to respond to my request and shipping the items back. Items to take some time to be shipped out from the purchased location but once its shipped and they provide a tracking number you can track every step on the way. If you have any questions Customer services gets back with you right away and answers all your questions and any concerns you might have. Simple quick and easy. I do recommend this Fashionmia site to others that can enjoy.

Sorry to everyone that has had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a few items and quickly changed my mind when I read reviews online. Within two hours, I cancelled my order. The next day I received an email asking why I wanted to cancel. The truth was my intuition was telling me to cancel right away because they charged my card before they even shipped the product! My response was that I would order something later but at this time, my budget didn't allow for clothes shopping. Anyway, within 24 hours they refunded my money. I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I don't have a negative review but my opinion about all the positive reviews online...they don't seem authentic. There was one that I read about a dress that the lady wore as a shirt because it was far too small as a dress. I believed that one!!! The models are very tiny so it makes sense that the clothes appear to fit well. FashionMia, use more material and make clothes to fit people using US sizes. Who knows, maybe you'll have more happy customers than pissed ones.

I really like this online store. It is neatly organized and it's very easy to find dresses, shoes, tops and whatever it’s is you are looking for. The site is really organized categorically for easy user navigation. I browse through it a couple of times per week and always find something to buy. The customer is super friendly and very helpful. Two weeks ago I was shopping at another online store hoping to find a dress to wear to a graduation party. After five hours of feeling hopeless I left without buying anything. I decided to check out Fashionmia. I browsed through it and I saw a great maxi dress. Sure enough I bought it. Within ten minutes I found what I was looking for and was feeling satisfied. I checked out and paid the price which is really not expensive. Few days later, my clothes arrived. They are beautiful and I love them.
