HAD A CASE OPENED SINCE MAY 28, 2018 NO MERCHANDISE!!!!!! NO MONEY!!!!!!!! LIED AND TOLD THE BANK THAT THEY SENT ITEMS PROOF PROVIDED STILL HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING MY MONEY!!!! I HATE THEM!!!!!!! I am still awaiting a reply from this company regarding the remainder of the refund. I only received half of the money!
I have written to them twice and they appear to be ignoring me. ROBBERS!

order no: B237**** This company are nothing but robbers and thieves. My order of 3 items took 4 weeks to arrive. I was told 1 item was out of stock and told to reorder another item which I did not do due o the apparent lack of understanding of English. The 2 items that arrived were made of inferior fabric and were grossly undersized. I ordered XXL the garments would not have fitted a 5 year old! The company denied receiving the return package even though I have a tracking/signed receipt. And to cap it all they only offered me a a partial refund which 2 months later I have still not received. They do not respond to a 36 hour promise to reply if they respond at all.

Did not receive when told. Received 2 items cheaply made,way too small,when trying to contact company on how to return did not receive response. Never answer their 24 hour phone and never returned any calls. Pay Pal no help. i felt they were stringing me along with the statement no worries then they dropped me like a hotcake when i called my credit card company out of concern just more misery. Took months with Credit card company as i was being billed for other items i never received. Pay Pal sent cc company document i received order . i rec. 2 items and was being billed for the entire order. So cc company rejected even though i kept telling them i received only 2 items.Keep all info for this company. Take screen shots of everything. i ended up spending about $40.oo for faxing info to cc company as they want documentation. Items came from China . They will continue to do this as long as they are getting away with it. want nothing to do with them ever

Truly nice company
As like as for me Fashion Mia is a great company. I think that Fashion Mia main goal is customer satisfaction. Because when i talk seller person her behavior is very nice and they are very modesty friendly. So i want to say that fashion MIA a great company. Her dress collection also nice,I was going to fashion Mia with my family. My wife tell me that this shop is very nice and his collection and customer services is also good. My wife chosen some dress with colorful. Actually this dress was not enough cost. My money was save from other shop,i was surprised about money. So next time i will fashion for buy my all person dress. Thank you Fashion Mia.

I ordered 6 dresses, it took 3 of them 2 months to arrive and when i got them they were 4 sizes too small. Yes they were marked as the sizes I ordered (based on the measurements they provide on the website) . When i tried to complain they offered me $28 for my trouble and told me not to return the garments and they would not refund my money. I spent almost $200. To return the items they tell you you have to send them back with the post office using a tracking number. It was going to cost me between $75 and $120 to ship back three dresses in an 8.5 by 11 inch envelop. Furthermore the quality of the garments was very poor. Patterns on the fabric were not matched up and very cheap cloth. What criminals! Please learn from my mistake.

As a costumer, I'm very disappointed in length for delivery ...3 months in total,. Firs parcel I received after 2 months, then again month later. Some items still missing but checked in the parcel as delivered to you, items coming in pieces, very poor quality as well...

I was approached by freyagao893 via Fiverr asking to write a 5 star review for money. "Hello, I need to write some 5 star good reviews on the following links for my websites, just see the requirements. Requirements: 5 star positive reviews Need 50 to 100 words for each Keep them on the platform forever You can write the high quality products, and helpful customer service" I am appalled at the audacity shown and feel that if you, as a business need to pay for positive reviews that perhaps you should re-evaluate your product? Instead of paying for lies. Please do not assist these companies that feel the need to pay for reviews.

Unfulfilled order...
I placed an order in July with Fashion Mia after reading that the company was in California! It is now September and the order remains incomplete even though the last packing slip states other wise. This company must be in the business of get them once, because I have attempted to contact them by phone with no success... You may have gotten me, but I will let everyone I know not to do business with Fashion Mia. Instead of Fashion Mia the name of the company should be more like Fashion Nightmare! How can you rightfully tout that you have a 30 day return policy when you know it takes over 60 days just to receive the order???

I have not heard anything from this company. I have sent many more e-mails trying to get them to respond.
I have put in a dispute through their website...all to no avail. My advise is to stay away from this company.

This company will send you the wrong size, not send items you ordered, not accept returns, delay in sending items (3 months), offer you coupons, and you will not get a refund. STAY AWAY from this company - they are VERY BAD! I tried to resolve through PayPal, but was told my time had run out to put in a dispute - PayPal encourages you to deal with the customer to try to resolve disputes - that was what I was doing Fasionmia kept you hanging and delaying until PayPal could no longer help. I placed my order beginning of 2018 and it is now September and I still have not received my full order, nor my refund of $173.00. Wish I knew where I could go to get help because this company keeps doing this to people and is getting away with it.
