Remaining orders undelivered

Last March 21, 2018 I ordered 6 items only 3 items arrived amounting to $44.41. The remaining 3 items a denim jacket, neck plain blouse, knitted hat total amount of $55.85 has not been delivered to this date Dec. 13, 2018. They requested me to pay Insurance which i did & e mailed them 5 times regarding this & now i think they already block me in their email because of undelivered post messages.

My product was never delivered

In 2018 April i order 3 items and pay through paypal. The payment went through while expecting my product, my phone got missing on the 19th of that April. After 2 month i send a mail on my laptop explaining what had happened to me & also indicating my order no which B227**** but never get any reply still date only for me to notice that a mail was send in December to a yahoo.com instead of my normal gmail we normally comminicated through. Please i want my product back.

A good discount on clothes. I was observing the dresses some I liked others not, although they have a lot of variety I did not like them all, but there were some that caught my attention and what convinced me more to compare was the discount that was at that time. I am not a very demanding woman but I like to appreciate the quality of the products, to observe the designs from top to bottom very well. Not all the designs that are in the store seem pretty, well actually they are not my taste, not all women are equal, among all the amount of designs a few m liked and was the ones that I chose, that additionally to give it a better perspective I decided to accompany them with some accessories so they will combine me more. The acesorios I saw them a little expensive but in fact I think that if they are worth it since if they are of good quality. The discount of the dresses that day was very good which motivated me to buy more than one.

I ordered a dress for my daughter and paid via paypal. The payment showed complete on paypal, and showed up in my bank account.

I received an email from fashionmia claiming they received payment... followed by multiple emails claiming they never received payment. I filed a dispute via paypal and their website. They then emailed me stating that they did receive my payment, but cannot do anything until I cancel my dispute with paypal.

However, when I type my order number in it still says payment not received. When you close a dispute with paypal, you cannot reopen it. I feel sure they know this, and are doing this just to scam us "stupid westerners" out of our money.

DO NOT SHOP ON FASHIONMIA.COM They are liars and thieves. Total scam artists.

Cheap=wrong sized clothes

Could say a lot of negative things about Fashionmia clothes---wrong sizes, way too small for 3x---cheap material and made nothing like pictures--and very poor customer service---will never return calls and talk to you personally---such a disaster,(and costs too much to return) that I donated to Goodwill-----They will probably be trashed---will never order again

Refund or lack off

This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across if you have a y sense don't use them. Offered refund by thus company then a new person came on with that I had a voucher which i explained did not work they themselves could not get this to work and I was offered a cash refund completed a firm they sent me but still no refund this has been going on for months.

Worms within the website

I suspect that there ARE some "insiders" from Fashionmia circle/staff for the following reason :- first --as soon as I tried to inform other customers that another person had been approached WITH PAY offered to "praise" the Fasjionmia company, the website cut me off; secondly,--I was trying to explain how one can legitimately obtain a refund via one's own reputable credit card, then, within seconds I was given this very nickname "Repulsive spider"--I thought, likewise, I think that person is definitely a disgusting [degoutant or repilliente] worm of the worst kind. People who scam other human being are as low as they can go Warning : there can be a store in California with this name, BUT the scam from China indeed use this same name and fleece potential victims via Paypal in California

Could not get my refund

I received one of two items the other was out of stock. I asked for a refund because the sizing was way off. Fits an 8 year old. I never received my refund and was constantly put off with them saying it was coming. 4 months no refund

SCAM: I Want A REFUND for Items Never Received

I placed an order via FashionMia.com on August 11, 2018 and have still not received it as of October 2, 2018. I paid more for 3-day shipping ($19.27) than the cost of the item (Tie Collar Plain

Bodycon Dress / SKU: 34546C189A61 / $18.95) and when I track my order, it still shows as "PROCESSING"!

The payment has been processsed, but the dress STILL has not been shipped from whatever warehouse they're housed in.

I have called both phone numbers listed repeatedly (1-88*-553-**** and 302-300-****), but no one answers. I have left several voice messages and no one returns the calls.

The status shows my payment has been confirmed and the money surely has been taken from my account. However, the website has been showing for nearly one month that the item has been delivered to their warehouse and will be shipped to my address.

It has been nearly 60 days and I still don't have the item. I no longer want it and just want my refund.

This is ridiculous!

I returned some items according to their own policy and they told me to expect a refund within 20-25 days. They told me not to worry. I followed up and they said it will be processed. It is too late to file a dispute with PayPal (I tried) and with my credit card company. I feel this company dragged me along knowing the timeframe to file a dispute with my credit card company and PayPal would expire. They have their merchandise back and they have my money. This is theft, embezzlement. I'm looking for an attorney to file a class action lawsuit because there are other reviews related to this same issue.

That is exactly what happened with me too. In essence, they STOLE $173.00 CAD from me and they are stealing from sooo many others as well.

They're are bad reviews all over the internet about this company. Don't believe their cheap, "I'm so sorry for your inconvenience..." They will string you along for months with excuses and promises to "make it right". That is what they do.

I ordered in January 2018 and it is now September 2018 and they are still stringing me along and offering me coupons instead of my money. They took my money, but did not send my items....in my world that is called stealing!
