I had to return my purchase
I had to return my purchase. I had a mistake when choosing the size of a dress that I bought that I liked very much I saw it. When I arrived and I tried it, it looked very beautiful, but it was not my size, it was very big, because I'm thin and everything was because I made a mistake when selecting the size. This worried me a little so I proceeded to communicate quickly with the customer service, which I clarified the size of the sizes indicating that I would not worry about returning the dress and they would send me again another with the correct size No additional cost and that's how it came to me again and now I look great.

THE CLOTHES LOOK VERY CHEAP WILL NOT REFUND ME
I HAVE WAITED 2 MONTHS FOR A REFUND AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND THE GOVERNMENT HERE I WANT MY MONEY AND THEY HAVE SAID THEY ARE REFUNDING ME FOR TWO MONTHS THEY ARE RIP OFFS ANFD LIARS JUST LIKE THESE PEOPLE FROM *** LAND ARE SLIMY!

I suspect that there ARE some "insiders" from Fashionmia circle/staff for the following reason :- first --as soon as I tried to inform other customers that another person had been approached WITH PAY offered to "praise" the Fasjionmia company, the website cut me off; secondly,--I was trying to explain how one can legitimately obtain a refund via one's own reputable credit card, then, within seconds I was given this very nickname "Repulsive spider"--I thought, likewise, I think that person is definitely a disgusting [degoutant or repilliente] worm of the worst kind. People who scam other human being are as low as they can go Warning : there can be a store in California with this name, BUT the scam from China indeed use this same name and fleece potential victims via Paypal in California

This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across if you have a y sense don't use them. Offered refund by thus company then a new person came on with that I had a voucher which i explained did not work they themselves could not get this to work and I was offered a cash refund completed a firm they sent me but still no refund this has been going on for months.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I placed my order for 4 tops in November. It took them one week for them to process. Then they don't have my size but no email was sent to inform me to place an replacement order. I had to contact them and then they placed a replacement order. Four weeks later, they sent the order but missing one top. I contacted them for missing order, they sent me a bunch of tracking number, which I don't know which is which and blamed it on US postal service. This company is a scam and never buy again!!! Buyer aware.

Returned 5 items, still no credits to the ewallet. BAD COMPANY, DO NOT BUY
All 5 items purchased looks nothing like pictured... very cheap textiles, very poor workmanship. No refunds/Only e-wallet credits are offered to shop in their store, and to make things worse, they say they never received the return merchandise, so they are not providing e-wallet credits either. A bunch thieves......... they know how to work the system to get your money, and keep it............ dont every buy from them.......... warning.

Not satisfied with the product and with your service
I received my order (order # B244****) after one month of placing the it. i placed my order on November 28 i received it the first week of December and since then i've been trying to get in contact with you to return the product. Delay in answering my emails greater than 36 hours asking for the address to return the items, and when i received a reply i didn't get an answer to my question which is the returning address. I sent 2 returning requests online the last one was on December 9, 2018 and till now i didn't receive the returning ticket. You are supposed to send the returning instructions with the shipped items to provide a quick and better customer service instead of keeping the customer waiting. who will be held responsible if i passed the 20 days to return the product?! Im sorry to tell you that im very disatisfied and it is the first time and last that i buy from fashiomia. Samar

WE ORDERED SOME GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE SHORTLY AFTER FOUND THIS COMPANY TO BE FRAUDULANT. WE CANCELLED THE GOODS AND REQUESTED THE MONEY BACK THAT WAS 6 WEEK AGO.
WE HAVE NO GOODS. PLEASE NOT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND YOU WILL BE SCAMED. THE ONLY WAY WE WILL GET OUT MONEY BACK IS FROM THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHO I HOPE WILL IN TURN INVESTIGAE THE COMPANY.

Remaining orders undelivered
Last March 21, 2018 I ordered 6 items only 3 items arrived amounting to $44.41. The remaining 3 items a denim jacket, neck plain blouse, knitted hat total amount of $55.85 has not been delivered to this date Dec. 13, 2018. They requested me to pay Insurance which i did & e mailed them 5 times regarding this & now i think they already block me in their email because of undelivered post messages.
