Report it to Paypal or Visa and get your money back that is what I did. They are a total fraud been fighting with them...

They won't give your money back it is a scam....I didn't have to return anything just donated them to charity for rags now. Lets take this company down!!!!

Sizes are extremely inaccurate. Large is USA extra small. The cost to return to China is more than the products are worth. The fabric is cheap and thin, and the craftsmanship is poor and juvenile. Looks like something you would make in a first year sewing class. ...

Only received half of my order and after 3 months I am still waiting for a refund for the unprocessed remaining items. Finally they simply stopped replying to my emails. At first they would seem super polite and cooperative but still no refund, Next they replied explaining how the refund had not been properly processed caused by a glitch in their system and would be settled in the next few days , still no refund Finally they simply no longer answer my emails and simply ignore me. I have lost hope of ever getting my money back and I am truly disgusted! BUYERS BEWARE !!! I am including a screenshot of the order where the date of purchase can be clearly seen as well as today's date on the lower right hand corner.

Fashionmia in Buxton, Maine - Wrong size, terrible customer service

I used the website's sizing chart. I measured and re-measured. The large item was still too small. The company blamed it on Chinese sizes being different, suggested I give the item as a gift, and they'd give me an $11 coupon as compensation for my trouble. They said return postage would be expensive and my responsibility. After multiple emails, reminding them that I used their sizing chart and they were doing business in the United States and, thus, should be prepared to incur the cost of doing so, they agreed to refund my full purchase price plus postage but did not supply a return shipping label. Return postage was indeed expensive. The item is en route and they're now telling me they'll give me only a $15 coupon as compensation for return postage, less than half the postage and after I've already told them multiple times I'll never do business with them again.

My complaint is NOT supporting your website. You have horrible return policies, terrible customer service, I'm complaining on every website I can find, and will never order from you again.

Please provide few picture of measurement of real item. we will confirm it with our factory and arrange a right one to you.

We are not mean to blame the size problem on Chinese size being different.

It happened to some new customer who haven't check the size chart before ordered in our store. Since you said it was different from the display, I sincerely apologize to you about it and will do my best to solve the question in proper way.

It's impossible to provide pictures of measurements of the item. The item has long since been returned to you.

Besides, I didn't measure the item before ordering.

Again, that would be impossible. I measured my own body and compared that with your sizing chart - provided in inches - to determine what size to order.

Horrible experience. Took forever to ship and when finally received, the item looked nothing like the photo and was at least 10 sizes too small even though I ordered an XL.

Never again. I will be contacting the DOJ, US Atty General about this international exporter
