Fashionmia Online Order Review from Midland, Texas

I placed an order on 1/15/2016. It is now 3/1/2016 & I am still waiting for my stuff. I have emailed the company several times & they tell me the dresses are in stock & on the way to the warehouse, even though the order has been "processing" for over a month now. I've heard that they take money for items that they don't have in stock & can't deliver on, & that certainly seems to be the case here. I had an event on 2/20 that I needed the dresses for & that has come & gone. Thanks for nothing, FashionMia! I had better get my clothes. At least I can dispute the charges on my credit card & get my money back that way because I've heard horror stories about trying to get your money back from the company directly. Think twice before you order from this company!!!

Same experience here! I placed my order on 2/5 and its still "processing" as of 3/2.

I emailed customer service and "sandy" responded and basically told me to just be patient. So i requested a refund. My events came and went and i really don't even want then anymore. Things would have been more understandable if the wesite didn't state that processing takes 3 to 5 business days.

VERY MISLEADING.

I had the same experience, ordered 7 item, received 2 with absolute awful qualities. I emailed them couple of days ago no response, SCAM

Took money out of my acct on1-27-16 but I cancelled order do I don't have anything sent and money taken out of my acct. So I will be filing papers through my bank for a refund ASAP!! Can not find any information on your site to request money to be refunded

Rip off, don't buy!

I ordered two dresses that were supposed to arrive buy Valentines day. I paid for them through paypal for security. They never sent me a confirmation email so right away I was suspicious. When I didn't get the order buy Feb 19th, I tried to contact the seller. My order history said that my order was complete and had no details as to what I ordered. So I sat up a claim through paypal. This prompted them to ship my order but when it arrived, there was only one of the dresses in it. I know this is a scam. I have escalted my dispute to a claim but without an oreder detail from Fashion Mia, I have no proof that I ordered two dresses. They have also remove the two dresses that I ordered from their website! I paid $44 for one poor quality dress. Beware, do not trust this website!

6 dresses - 0 luck!

2 months ago I ordered 6 dresses. 1 came chip quality and different color. 1 - for woman 7 feet tall with huge *** and baby's waist. 1 dress is SKIRT! 1 dress is t-short 2 the rest they texted me out of stock and want me to pick smth different. But I'm afraid, because sure it will be wrong again. I'm asking my money back (for last 2 dresses), will see how it works.
