Order placed 12 November 2018. Date today 21Feb2019. They keep assuring me with apologies that it will take a bit more time. I’ve asked for either the dress I ordered to be supplied, or a full refund. Or is this just another Facebook scam?

I liked my party dress. I really liked a dress I bought to wear at a work party, many colleagues said that I looked very beautiful that made me feel very good, they all said that I looked beautiful and I really felt that way.

Unable to get refund for returned merchandise
I was unhappy with my purchase. the package comes with NO RETURN POLICY directions. No address to return package to and only a phone number which ONLY allows you to leave a message ????? No customer service at all !!! Once I found an address on the internet and mailed my merchandise back, they emailed me and said that is the wrong place - so I will only be refunded 30% of my money !!! OUTRAGEOUS. No customer service, no information on how to return merchandise, and then that !! DO NOT PURCHASE MERCHANDISE FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY !!!

Horrible cloth sizing and Customer service
I ordered two plus size coats when I received them they were the size of an 8 I tried to return them no such luck, so I've emailed them and called them no response do not do business with this Company you'll never receive your money back or a phone call. This Company does not have respect for you as a customer don't order anything it will become a night mare.

Yes I got permission to return must have tracking number went to uspo Found out it would cost $61.00 to get a tracking number the item cost $69.58 I not crazy to spend this amount to send back.

I have tried and tried to get Fashion Mia to provide me with an address so I can return the items, they just won't do it. Where am I to send the items to for a refund?nothing ever happens

Sizing is awful
I ordered an x-large which by the chart should have fit me. The xlarge I received is for a youth sized child. I have called numerous times and emailed several times asking how to do a return as they did not include any information. I have also commented on facebook. I have not yet heard from anyone and it has been two weeks.

Cancellation /Refund Issue
I placed an order on 01/26/19, but realized I needed the item earlier. I cancelled the order on 01/27/19, which did not cancel. Even though it had not been processed. Me thinking the order was cancelled I reordered the same item and paid for expedited shipping. I have called and left numerous messages and emails to the company. Last response was both the items have been shipped, if I do not want it just reject it when it gets delivered. I contacted the mail carrier with the shipping number yesterday 02/06/19. A label was created on 01/28/19, but items have not been given to the carrier for delivery. I needed the item for a Mardi Gras party this weekend. Now I have to try to buy something else at this last minute. And all I'm getting from FashionMia are system generated emails. I will be taking this matter further, if I have to pursue legal assistance.
