Finally received 1 if 3 items. Item of very poor quality & not as described. Cannot find any info to contact company to return. REALLY wish I'd read reviews before i ordered from this apparently scam company. Buyer beware!!

I ordered two sweaters in January 2019 it is now March 22 and I have not received them I have no tracking number and I would like a refund !

Why is it so difficul to get a return shipping address? This only delays shipping time. Only have 30 days for a return.

It should not be so difficult to get a return shipping address. Spent too much time on my computer trying to get the return shipping address. I called customer service and could only leave a message. I filled out a request to send me he the shipping address. Got a pop-up message that my request was received and someone would return my answer within 36 hours. I do not consider this good customer service. Sad Sad Sad

You'll be lucky no return label is a ploy to delay returns. They will deny receiving the goods and even worse you will NEVER get a full refund if you get one at all.

Spread the word about this disgusting company. Warn people NOT to trade with them, better still let your local trading standards company know about them and if you know someone who hosts a consumer programme on TV tell them about this mail order scam.

Not satisfied at all

I bought 4 dresses they shipped 3 and said that my order was complete only for me to tell them that one of my dresses was on backorder as they told me and forgot about it. I sent them an email they said it would be shipped I have not received my dress yet. I received the other 3 they are not what I expected total pissed off
